@@zachhoran I remember the answer to one puzzle was "Ex-Husband". It was a photo of Eggs, the letters "HUS" and then a picture of a Band. I don't remember the other puzzle I solved. I won a washer and dryer, a watch, a cruise, and a car!
I sure am glad they stopped showing the solution of the puzzle to the people watching @ home BEFORE the game starts. It defeats the whole purpose of playing along @ home, if you ask me. What I do is just cover my eyes so I can't see what the solution to the puzzle is.
Early in the run, they would NOT have given it to her, because the buzzer was manually activated at first-at least one contestant was denied the car because of this. By this episode, the buzzer had been redesigned to automatically activate when time ran out. Since she clearly called out “14, 1” before the buzzer, the judges rightly ruled that she won. (Unfortunately, that buzzer-beater earned her a crappy car.)
Maybe two good ones and the rest were usually terrible. Not the best win right there. The Precis was the worst of a bad lot. I know someone who bought a new one and it was one of the worst cars I'd ever seen. Only thing that could have been worse would be a Yugo. I wonder if they had Yugos on the show. I'd be happy to have that Eagle Talon or Toyota Celica though.
I loved the show, but loved the commercials even more. Thank you for bringing back wonderful memories!❤❤❤❤
This episode aired on my 5th birthday.
Loved this show
That 1/2 buzzer second it when it says double 0, it sure be a win, so you made it! Close enough, that's was close!
I enjoy watching these shows but my personal favorite was when the announcer said the password is.....
thats a match at the last split second oh wow
9:36 and the end result ...oh man ...the game show version of a prison shower
She stole his prizes thanks to those TAKE cards!
Love this show
I was on this game show in 1991, but I lost my VHS copy during a move. I wish I could find a copy of my episode.
Do you remember the rebus puzzles or how much you won on that show, if anything
T2andC3 How much did you win?
So then no one knows if you are for real.
@@jasonbertalotto2355 I won a washer and dryer, a carribean cruise, a watch, and a car!

Nice car win Mona
House Party: It will brighten your day!
25:35 WHA!!!??? (jaw drop!!!)
That showing the rebus to the home audience at the start of the game didn't last long
Honestly she said the "one"
after the clock ran out.. They've disqualified other people for that very reason, I wonder why they let her have it?

At least Mona keeps the gourmet pasta because Michael did not use either of his take cards. 😅
I thought it said double 0 before she got the numbers out they would have ruled her too late today
The buzzer came about 1/2 second after it went to double 0
Yes and she got her match just a hair trigger before the buzzer in fact she blurted it out during the buzzer and double 00
I’m vision impaired. Are the takes the same shades of red and green as traffic lights?
What is that thing after the Mike in the Michael Douglas puzzle?
An AWL - tool used to poke holes in leather.
Alex is so partial to the lady contestants, he didn't interview Michael at all.
What year is this from?
1990

a brand new POS car for 6 grand......
Dumb luck
I'm getting addicted to these stupid shows.
Didn't like it, when they stopped showin' 2 puzzle pieces, at the start of the game.
They had crap cars
