Build DC9096 Lithium Battery for Dewalt 18V Nickel Electric Tools

I'm looking for kind of this battery case for long time, finally I found it. It is available at china store. It can hold 10 18650 lithium-ion power batteries.
The assembly process is in this video.
Very important:
Before soldering the PCB, make sure each battery has the same voltage.

Please specify the details on the BMS used in this project and also the charger details with the link for their availability especially in India. Thanks. It's type of project I was waiting since my Ni-cad based drilling machine is lying idle for the past 18 months. Also kindly highlight about the conversion of different voltage Ni-cad cells and the aspects involved in such conversion are to be looked into.

Some bms don’t work with this hi current drills, the load made the bms enter in protection mode (aka short circuit protection)

Dear MR Gear Show and to Everyone Tips: When using second-hand cells, Flux should be applied to the + and - Terminals of the cells so that the grinded old spot of the Nickel Strip does not Rust.
