Hans Peter didn’t he say he could of beaten fat buu at that time he went ssj3 though? He wanted the kids to be the savior or not relying on him because he won’t be there all the time. So it could be argued he could’ve ended it right there and no earth and everyone die. Although I believe his intentions might have been good it did create a bigger problem in the long run.
Just so you realize, at one point during every single major villain fight, Goku has stated that he is fighting because he wants to be the strongest, not for people. Yes, he cares about his family and friends, but 90% of the reason he does literally anything is to be stronger. Go back and watch it.

Dragon Ball is very loosely based on Journey to the West. Goku is the Monkey King, from flying cloud to the staff to being a freakin monkey, besides that, the blue cat and the pig are the other two demons that join the monk Xuanzang on the Journey to the West. That's why they look like animals. Any explanation beyond that is just created for it all to make sense in the universe.
I love everything that's going on with Frieza in Dragonball Super. From the fact that dieing on Earth trapped him in Earth's Hell, to the fact that he was revived to help save Universe 7. That he's an evil, reprehensible, egomaniacal psychopath who will never change, but you can obviously see that time spent hating Goku has changed him. It's like Goku is his only friend, *and he HATES that!* Even to his newfound motivations. That he'd been a prodigy and, therefore, had never needed to train, and that Goku *caused* him to change that aspect about his personality is proof enough. In my several decades of watching all kinds of series, it always seems that only fans care about canon. And probably more than they should. DBZ was largely made up as he went along. There's a HUGE difference between writing an entertaining story and writing something that is realistic in every way. I never really understood the NEED for complete closure. I guess the biggest problem is, the more you rewatch something, the more little details you see, that really were never meant to be scrutinized.

Half of these aren't even theories! They are just observations. There was no theory, for example, that Pikkon was a hero so he got to keep his body and train with a Kai. He got to keep his body and trained with a Kai, so therefore, he was a hero, those were the rules established!

I do have to dispute the aspect of Goku's irresponsibility with the Tournament of Power. The Grand Priest specifically stated that the Omni-kings were planning on destroying all of these universes anyway, meaning Goku causing the Tournament of Power to actually be saving one universe. Though all of that is pretty moot at the end when they reveal that even if they won the tournament, if the winner gave a selfish wish they were going to destroy that universe anyway.
Number 13 was inaccurate. Goku saved the universes from being erased by Zeno using the Tournament of Power. Zeno was bored and planned to erase all the universes. Using the TOP, Goku gave them all a fighting chance at survival.

He fights to fight, but when his friends are in danger he gets a reason other than that. He doesn’t fight to save others, but he saves his friends when they need it.
His primary motivation is just to fight. But he still cares for his loved one. Krillin dying to Frieza set Goku off, but after he realized Frieza was getting rapidly fatigued at 100% power he tries to leave. He wasn't a challenge anymore so stopped fighting.

While I love ssj4, I disagree a bit. They are more different than 4. They were meant to be a refining of power, and then an application of saiyan forms to that refined God ki. Then Ultra instinct being a distinctly different form intended to be leaner and less so just pure power. Ssj4 looks cool, but is just more power on power.

Had he fought smart, using his skills, along with his Buff transformation the same way Goku used the Kaioken, he might have defeated king Picoolo alone. for the UI/SSGSSE theory, i look back at what Whis says to goku and Vegeta. he says along the line of Vegeta is too tense and always over thinks what he should do next and his attacks are stiff, where as Goku is too relaxed and needs to work on it or he could leave himself vulnerable if he wasnt careful. which is probably why vegeta cant achieve UI and instead got the Evolved Ssgss because Vegeta cant stop overthinking and allowing himself to relax while he fights where Goku is relaxed enough to allow UI to take over

The theory that I have that I'm really hoping will be confirmed is that Gohan, after saying that he doesn't want to attain power "the same way his father did" (In other words, through the path of "Destruction", since Goku was trained by a God of Destruction), and after having been trained by the Gods of Creation, the Kais, that Gohan will instead find his path to God Ki through the Kais. This has been seen in the series before, with Super Saiyan Rose! It was stated by Zamasu that that was the fusion of the Super Saiyan energy with God Ki, and since each Saiyan is appearing to get their own hair color, I think Gohan will end up training with the Kais to become Super Saiyan Rose!
Actually, Gohan has Mystic (or Ultimate) form. He gains it after the ritual with Elder Kai during the Buu saga. Powerwise, at first, it's about the same as SSJ3. With training, it does become his version of SSJ Blue, but doesn't change his appearance the way the other SSJ transformations do-it's just a near-transparent aura that surrounds him. Nor does it place the same strain on his body. This lets him sustain it much longer. So, technically, he's already done it, his power level just is never explicitly stated to be equal to Goku's or Vegeta's.
Point 3 - was the one of the main points behind the buu saga that most people don't seem to understand. Buu, Vegeta, and Goku were all more similiar than people are comfortable to admit. The climax of the series was the Majin Vegeta vs Goku battle because that was the moment when both Goku and Vegeta fully embraced their saiyan side and stopped pretending to be either good or evil. It was an admittance that they both play the role of being good or evil depending on what way the wind is blowing - HOWEVER Buu was the cautionary tale of a being that only concerns itself with power. A being such as that causes pure chaos and destruction without reason. Goku and Vegeta joined forces against him in order to draw the line in the sand between being a saiyan and being a being of pure evill. That is why they fought against him, but at the same time refused to sacrafice their pride by fusing. They would fight against evil because it suited them - not because they absolutely were opposed to the destruction of the universe! Buu saga was amazing!! And I don't consider anything after Buu saga to be more than a stimulus package for the Japanese economy thanks to Akira Toriyama.

It's a mix of both. He loves fighting, especially strong opponents. But he fought Piccolo Senior to save the world. The fought the Androids to save the world. (Though I think he was happy about the upcoming fights with stronger opponents) He wished for his family not to revive him, after dying by Cell, so no strong opponents would come to earth, just to save it. He fought Buu to save earth and the universe. (Though he wished for Buu to be reborn as a good person, so they could fight again) One could say, he's some kind of Anti-Hero. Unlike Gohan, who genuinely wanted to help people.
As a Metal Gear Solid fan, I think the best way to approach canon is to see every individual iteration as its own canon only vaguely related to the rest. That way new retcons don't ruin previously good self-contained stories.
I've also believed that the setting for DBZ is actually much farther in the past. The actions we are seeing happened way way way back in the past. Like, millions of years in the past.
Actually, Toriyama said that he liked GT but knows some fans do not like it. With that stated,he say GT is the end to Dragonball if you want it to be, and not if you don't...... meaning it's canon based or your own beliefs..... And to clear up any misconception, AT role with GT was the exact same role as with Z and Super now. The only difference is istead of someone else coming up with story plot point, he's doing it himself (barely). Uh uh uh. Super Kaio-ken. It was super quick (probably only a few seconds) during the Other World Tournament, but Goku did use the Super Saiyan aura and Kaio-ken.
He was dead. His living body couldn't handle it, but other world has different rules. Similarly, when he first went SSJ3 on Earth, he was not used to how much strain it put on his body, as up until that point, he had only used SSJ3 in other world.

Kaioken multiplies the users current power level, it does not exponentiate. Level 1 is x2, Lvl 2 is x3, so on and so forth. Exponential would denote Powerlevel times itself, which no transformation in the DB universe does. That would just be insane.
Blue kaioken ^2 would shitstomp Beerus. Vegeta would go home and cry knowing nothing will ever catch up. Goku would be disqualified from ToP because he accidentally kills Jiren in a single punch.

Well, Piccolo and Vegeta do share similar character arcs but Piccolo's arc began in Dragon Ball so, if you didn't watch the original, you missed a large chunk of it. As a result, you might not be as invested in his character. Vegetas story, on the other hand, was entirely in DBZ and by keeping him around to torment him, Toriyama arguably ended up making his arc a bit more substantial, especially in the Buu saga.
SSJ4 is the best transformation. Shame it isn't really part of the canon. Also, new Broly is much cooler than original. #13. Goku put the universes at risk? Um...... did you even see the end? Zeno was planning to destroy them all anyways.

I love everything that's going on with Frieza in Dragonball Super. From the fact that dieing on Earth trapped him in Earth's Hell, to the fact that he was revived to help save Universe 7. That he's an evil, reprehensible, egomaniacal psychopath who will never change, but you can obviously see that time spent hating Goku has changed him. It's like Goku is his only friend, *and he HATES that!* Even to his newfound motivations. That he'd been a prodigy and, therefore, had never needed to train, and that Goku *caused* him to change that aspect about his personality is proof enough.

Toriyama is notoriously flaky about his "Canon" he really doesn't care anymore.
In my several decades of watching all kinds of series, it always seems that only fans care about canon. And probably more than they should. DBZ was largely made up as he went along. There's a HUGE difference between writing an entertaining story and writing something that is realistic in every way. I never really understood the NEED for complete closure. I guess the biggest problem is, the more you rewatch something, the more little details you see, that really were never meant to be scrutinized.

I do have to dispute the aspect of Goku's irresponsibility with the Tournament of Power. The Grand Priest specifically stated that the Omni-kings were planning on destroying all of these universes anyway, meaning Goku causing the Tournament of Power to actually be saving one universe.
Though all of that is pretty moot at the end when they reveal that even if they won the tournament, if the winner gave a selfish wish they were going to destroy that universe anyway.
Number 13 was inaccurate. Goku saved the universes from being erased by Zeno using the Tournament of Power. Zeno was bored and planned to erase all the universes. Using the TOP, Goku gave them all a fighting chance at survival.

His primary motivation is just to fight. But he still cares for his loved one. Krillin dying to Frieza set Goku off, but after he realized Frieza was getting rapidly fatigued at 100% power he tries to leave. He wasn't a challenge anymore so stopped fighting.

For the first bit, it is stated outright in the show that Zeno was going to destroy them anyway. For the second bit... it is implied that Zeno believed that the last one standing would be "virtuous enough" to wish to save the other Universes. And if they didn't, he would have erased everything.

While I love ssj4, I disagree a bit. They are more different than 4. They were meant to be a refining of power, and then an application of saiyan forms to that refined God ki. Then Ultra instinct being a distinctly different form intended to be leaner and less so just pure power. Ssj4 looks cool, but is just more power on power.
I strongly disliked ssj4. Original yeah. Super Saiyan? Nah. It had no bearings on the canon at all.

He did use a dangerous forbidden technique he didn't fully mastered (Mafuba), which killed him. Had he fought smart, using his skills, along with his Buff transformation the same way Goku used the Kaioken, he might have defeated king Picoolo alone. After all, he destroyed the moon with a single Kameha
His prowess seems to be afected by his lack of motivation, in a way he is like a lesser Gohan. He could probably go beyond what he is now if he had Goku's drive, as it seems he is no too affected by age thanks to his immortality.

for the UI/SSGSSE theory, i look back at what Whis says to goku and Vegeta. he says along the line of Vegeta is too tense and always over thinks what he should do next and his attacks are stiff, where as Goku is too relaxed and needs to work on it or he could leave himself vulnerable if he wasnt careful. which is probably why vegeta cant achieve UI and instead got the Evolved Ssgss because Vegeta cant stop overthinking and allowing himself to relax while he fights where Goku is relaxed enough to allow UI to take over

The theory that I have that I'm really hoping will be confirmed is that Gohan, after saying that he doesn't want to attain power "the same way his father did" (In other words, through the path of "Destruction", since Goku was trained by a God of Destruction), and after having been trained by the Gods of Creation, the Kais, that Gohan will instead find his path to God Ki through the Kais. This has been seen in the series before, with Super Saiyan Rose! It was stated by Zamasu that that was the fusion of the Super Saiyan energy with God Ki, and since each Saiyan is appearing to get their own hair color, I think Gohan will end up training with the Kais to become Super Saiyan Rose!

Actually, Gohan has Mystic (or Ultimate) form. He gains it after the ritual with Elder Kai during the Buu saga. Powerwise, at first, it's about the same as SSJ3. With training, it does become his version of SSJ Blue, but doesn't change his appearance the way the other SSJ transformations do-it's just a near-transparent aura that surrounds him. Nor does it place the same strain on his body. This lets him sustain it much longer. So, technically, he's already done it, his power level just is never explicitly stated to be equal to Goku's or Vegeta's.

Point 3 - was the one of the main points behind the buu saga that most people don't seem to understand. Buu, Vegeta, and Goku were all more similiar than people are comfortable to admit. The climax of the series was the Majin Vegeta vs Goku battle because that was the moment when both Goku and Vegeta fully embraced their saiyan side and stopped pretending to be either good or evil. It was an admittance that they both play the role of being good or evil depending on what way the wind is blowing - HOWEVER Buu was the cautionary tale of a being that only concerns itself with power. A being such as that causes pure chaos and destruction without reason. Goku and Vegeta joined forces against him in order to draw the line in the sand between being a saiyan and being a being of pure evill. That is why they fought against him, but at the same time refused to sacrafice their pride by fusing. They would fight against evil because it suited them - not because they absolutely were opposed to the destruction of the universe! Buu saga was amazing!! And I don't consider anything after Buu saga to be more than a stimulus package for the Japanese economy thanks to Akira Toriyama.

Actually, Toriyama said that he liked GT but knows some fans do not like it. With that stated,he say GT is the end to Dragonball if you want it to be, and not if you don't...... meaning it's canon based or your own beliefs.....
And to clear up any misconception, AT role with GT was the exact same role as with Z and Super now.
The only difference is istead of someone else coming up with story plot point, he's doing it himself (barely). He still reviewed scripts and gave notes, designed characters and got his laughs in along the way (Vegeta's mustache....yes that was 100% AT).

Uh uh uh. Super Kaio-ken. It was super quick (probably only a few seconds) during the Other World Tournament, but Goku did use the Super Saiyan aura and Kaio-ken.
He was dead. His living body couldn't handle it, but other world has different rules. Similarly, when he first went SSJ3 on Earth, he was not used to how much strain it put on his body, as up until that point, he had only used SSJ3 in other world.

Kaioken multiplies the users current power level, it does not exponentiate. Level 1 is x2, Lvl 2 is x3, so on and so forth. Exponential would denote Powerlevel times itself, which no transformation in the DB universe does. That would just be insane.

Vegeta would go home and cry knowing nothing will ever catch up.

Vegeta-"is Called a God Father?" when from Dragon ball Z he Always Was Training just Like Goku. He Have few Moments with the Family and those moments only happen in Super and Still he is Called a Good Father even better than Goku.

Well, Piccolo and Vegeta do share similar character arcs but Piccolo's arc began in Dragon Ball so, if you didn't watch the original, you missed a large chunk of it. As a result, you might not be as invested in his character. Vegetas story, on the other hand, was entirely in DBZ and by keeping him around to torment him, Toriyama arguably ended up making his arc a bit more substantial, especially in the Buu saga.
SSJ4 is the best transformation. Shame it isn't really part of the canon. Also, new Broly is much cooler than original.

That wasn't a theory saying they were based on Harley and the Joker, it was a theory saying they were in a relationship, which the creator of Dragonball Super confirmed but the creator of Dragonball denied.
