So basically kefla's SSJ2 berserker is a 10 billion Times multiplier. And she was using it at full power and Didn't defused. While vegito was holding back and playing around with zamasu overloaded the potara fusion.

That is somewhat true. Vegito was able to use SSJB for about 10 extra minutes before defusing which is a lot of time for him to finish a fight. However he was fighting a fusion with similar power and immortality.
