hey, i would like to start my adventure with running and i am looking for advice. i fell in love with it and want to get better. currently the weather in my country is with an average temperature of 5 degrees, sometimes it rains. how should i dress for this temperature? is a thick long-sleeved t-shirt and a balaclava or a hat enough? i will add that i am a person who is always hot, especially when i exercise. in winter i can sleep with the window open all night long so i think the fleece is out of the question. i also dont want to dress too thickly but i also dont want to get sick. your videos are a great motivation for me. i would like to lead a sports life like you. i wish you all the best Jake❤
Man the youtube app isn't sending my replies.... My guys in the UK have a similar struggle buddy, all about big warm ups and spreading some volume indoors. Also have a easy layer you can remove. Hope this helps man
