I’m particularly revelling in own power and enjoying it, beyond appearances you are entirely in control of how you wish to feel and what to make of the situation. Actually really nice to be laid back and enjoy yourself in situations that under unconscious conditions filled me with dread & fear. More of a learning for me to understand the human condition in a physical body as awareness so I can embody the power of full expression & hold high energy. Understanding beyond duality is freedom and it can be applied to everything, and also for connecting with others who are unlike you or you don’t resonate with because it’s non judgmental and unconditional.
