What is the most difficult dessert to make? I searched through the interwebs and came across the BAKED ALASKA. A cake with 3 layers: A Cake Base, Ice Cream Filling and baked with a meringue on the outside. Yes, thats right...BAKED! How is it possible to bake something that has Ice Cream in it? Well the meringue is supposed to protect it. So, this week, ANTI-CHEF meet BAKED ALASKA.
