I did at first but you got used to it quickly and it feels so normal there haha!

this is literally so unlikely - i recently stayed for 2 and a half weeks and we didnt see cheetah, we saw leopard in a tree and 1 crossing a road, and a few distant lions apart from when a young pair walked right by the car. we did also see wild dogs but they were just sleeping on the crossroads right outside skukuza there was no missing them. and a hippo crossing the road in the middle of the day
this may sound like self promotion but if u wanted to see a video of my trip im making one if ppl are interested - i would like to see your views on what we saw!
