I worked for 37 years in IT and the diversity and hiring of women ruined the industry. I worked with one women who could hardly speak english and did little to no work. They just wanted to say that they hire and promote woman to look like the good guys. This all started happening over 10 year ago.

I think I'm smarter then my boss every day. Unfortunately I'm already self employed.

😂😂 I get that! I’ll be doing a video on what I wish I’d known before I made the leap soon. Let’s just say I have a Masters Degree from the college of hard knocks! Thanks for watching!

Corporate culture drives me nuts. I'm not a conformist. I overachieve and it makes underachievers very nervous. Almost 20 years ago, I gave up a six-figure middle-management job to start my own consulting services business. Colleagues thought I was crazy. My business has been very successful. Zero regrets.
