So much torque that the PDK is crying for help. With upgraded clutches its gonna be a mad. The way it launches is crazy, full 4 wheel burnout
Tuner says this car has been tuned like this for 15.000 km without any problems.

@@svetlinivanov3776 yup I noticed too, especially during full throttle upshifts. Probably TCU limiting shift speed because of all that torque
The car wasn't setup for higher speed, I think was setup for low and middle 0-250 and 100-200

There's something so special about an environment where it's just commonplace for a E-Class Estate driving so fast, you didn't overtake him until you hit 262 kmh. The Autobahn is so important, it needs to be protected.
Definitely limited at 205 mph there’s shorts of them on TH-cam hitting 217-221 plus mph the 992.2 turbo s is gonna be a monster

That sound between 6000-7000 RPM.....nice! Blistering speed from a dead stop.
1:01 - At around 5,400 rpm - 5,600 rpm - strange engine noise - almost sounds like a "slipping" transmission that hesitates for a split second before engaging the gear. That being said, this thing is a monster!

Yeah the clutches are having a hard time. I think they didn't change clamping force. I'd personally upgrade them
@@keloduma yeah everyone tells that porsche makes the clutches for the stock horsepower not for the tuned cars.

@@zioromesp4991 no for that power output its more then insane. Thats stats that most cars with 1200 or more hp dont even get. Like another comment mentioned.. this is Bugatti Chiron niveau but the Porsche has 600 hp less then the Chiron.

Thinking the same. However judt today the car was featured in a JP Performance video where it was said that the test vehicle already did 15.000km with the tune without problems.
I think the clutch cant handle the torque and is slipping.

Double clutch, in order to be safe, was tuned slower than common tuning like stage 1 2

@@legogringooo6465 wtf are you talking about? This car was wearing Goodyear Eagle F1's, those are not even remotely the "best tires it needs". The car did a 4-wheel burnout off the line ffs. If anything it could do 17s flat if it had more aggressive tires like Cup 2 R's.

It's to ensure that the transmission actually survives lol its not slipping that just how it is with all the tuning/modification done to it. I get what you're saying though it does sound like it's slipping but it's actually not

The way my ears pick it up, it shifts a bit weird. I know pdk is probably the best automatic/double clutch gearbox but maybe they tuned it incorrectly? Or did they tune it like that so it would last longer?
It’s slipping most likely, they could have tuned it to shift like that so it doesn’t shit itself with how much torque it has.

Just from a straight line performance (this is all what this video is about): a stock Tesla Model S Plaid is quicker than this to 250kph (probably more) without any maintenance intensive, warranty voiding tuning and also comfortable accommodating 4 adults while doing so 🤯
