Germany's Best Castle | Füssen, Germany

In this video we tour the famous Neuschwanstein castle. This castle is breathtaking on the inside and outside. We hike close to the Marienbrucke bridge where you can get the iconic postcard photo opportunity. We also explore the nearby area. We visit the picturesque St. Coloman church and spend time at the serene lake Hopfensee. We get some amazing photos and have some yummy food at the restaurant Croatica.

You sure would love Burg Eltz too. It is in the Eifel region close to the Mosel river. The next larger city is Koblenz.

It's to bad you didn't make it to Hohenschwangau, too. A beautiful castle. Ludwig II wasn't called the "Fairytale Prince" for nothing!

The word by word translation (liver and cheese) was absolutely correct, and also the fact, that none of these 2 things are in Leberkäse", but maybe you heard in America "Bavarian Meatloaf"? At least, that's how they sell it in Canada 😉

Yes I have. At the Brunner Backer bakery nearby I believe it is called Bavarian meatloaf.

You can't get a longer Tour in Neuschwanstein, because there is no more rooms to look in there!! It was never been finished!! King Ludwig died before it was finished.

@@trailblazinpeppers Yes Hohenschwangau is fully be build, it looks old but I think it's only 40 yaers older than Neuschwanstein, but if you like the style of Neuschwanstein try Schloss Linderhof, it's smaler but fully build and is also from King Ludwig and the style is fantastic!!

Coca Cola for such young Kids..not healthy. Too much Sugar for little ones. Try Apfelsaft, Orange Juice or just Water.Sorry but it's not good for small Kids. (Teeth !) My Son had hus first when he was around 10 or so.
