Neymar was thrown out into Mbappe's shadow because (he's young and won the world cup) and later on Messi also got signed which is the whole reason he left barcelona. And later on many expensive signings were made, it was team full of solo plays, none of the player were built around someone. If he went a club where he would have been the heart if the team it would have been different. Like most brazillian legends he could have joined Ac Milan or a prem club other than Chelsea ( he would have been in Eden Hazards shadow) And any team other than Bayern where he could shine in the bundesliga)
