I think he has failed miserably in convincing the players. He don’t have enough character and charisma to lead and make football fun. This makes the super talents doubt. Football is a sport, insert the cliche “ the proof is in the pudding.”. Sports is not politics, u either have it or not. The results have been abysmal. The point of a good manager is how he/she handles and manages the players. If he doesn’t knw when to use the carrot and when to use the stick, he will find himself in the same position.
