Damn, I'm gonna have to watch this whole series more then once. Lol maybe I can frame by frame while putting mine together. That makes Tatro so awesome for sharing his knowledge man
Hey Tatro I’m in the process of adding a kicker to my 73 Ironhead. Thanks so much for these videos. They have been a huge help. It’s great to see someone educating people about old iron and what it really takes to work on them. Thanks again.
I figured out I need the O rings thanks glad I saw this video. I'll get back with you maybe I'll be able to come down again and show you the bike some day .
35:57 "Yeah I don't watch much T.V. got to much trouble workin on these Harleys over here." Blaaahhh! from the impact shuts up the camera guy. Classic! Thanks for the laugh. oh and the info before I look into my bike this winter.
When I did my trade in 74 I asked my journeyman to pass me the torque wrench, to which he answered, don't I know how to tighten a bolt. That is why torque wrenches became necessary, because of the variance in skill and the loss of craftsmanship, the wrench evens out the skill level

The level of skill in this man is off the charts, having been a mechanic for fifty years, he is so confident in his ability
