    Love seeing keto friendly recipes that aren't crazy. It's still normal food, just cutting out some sugars and carbs.

      unfortunately the amount of fat / dairy is off the scale .... so not that healthy. However it looks really tasty. I might try it this weekend.

      Andrew Watson, If you’re new to Keto or LCHF, its just a matter of understanding the old ‘scales’ were not as good for us as we thought they were. I’ve now lost over 80 pounds, feel great, and the family doc is amazed at how good our numbers are.

    I'll be making this for Thanksgiving dinner. I'll probably make it a day before. I hope it keeps well in the fridge over night so I can just heat it up the next day. I'll be making turkey cordon bleu for the main dish.

    Great recipe. I'd rather do this in a dutch oven, add some garlic and butter to soften the red onjun, then the spinach...(edit)..Ohh, mi mum used to add corn flakes at the end, then broil to finish :)

    Seems like a pain in the ass way to shock/recover some blanched spinach. Maybe could have put blanched spinach into a fine-meshed sieve, dunked it into an ice bath, that way you aren't dicking around with picking out your spinach from an ice bath bit by bit with your fingers..

    I tried to saute spinach once cause I see every one else cooking it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I learned that I hate it! The first bit triggered my gag reflex and I threw the rest away. Raw spinach is the only spinach for me! I just cannot understand cooking the stuff.

      Finite Tuning I used to be the same way. The only cooked spinach I ever had was that Mary just cooked away with vinegar! So many ways to cook it. Some I like, some I don’t. I will give this a try. I’m still a raw spinach in my salad tore it guy too!

    Not a real sexy taste test of the cream. Maybe the tongue should stay in the mouth? Lol. I love the videos and recipes. Atbbq has been a great place for me to buy sauces, rubs and parts for my Yoder. Thanks!

    This looks very good. But I can't get past the unnecessary complexity of this recipe. All the steps. All the cooking utensils! It doesn't have to be so complicated. You just need a decent saute pan with butter and garlic, add the spinach, some salt and let it cook down. Don't over cook it and finish with a bit of feta cheese. One pan in about 4 minutes.
