I look at draft picks, free agents, and money available (under the cap) as commodities. There are 2-3 QBs that are lowest risk, and highest ceiling. I think the Vikings should move up, and spend mid and late round picks and future picks on an potentially elite QB, to replace Cousins. They can pick up high quality proven free agent to fill in other gaps in the team. That being said Sam could excel in KO's offense with the strong players at his side.

In this draft, you could build your lines and then maybe take a flyer on a guy like Spencer Rattler from South Carolina. Fox Sports' description of him I read says stuff like great arm talent can thread the needle on difficult passes, can avoid the rush, and finding thec2nd or 3rd receiver. One concern is that he gets overconfident in being able to thread the needle, so instead of taking the safe play, he tries to hit the more flashy pass. Sounds like Favre.
