Just discovered your channel while searching for figure painting. I've tried many methods over the years without much success. Your method was very easy to follow and the gave me the best result I've ever achieved. I will paint all my figures by your method in future. Many thanks.
Great Video.. I have watched many figure painting and tried other ones techniques but never achieved good results. Your method is simple and easy to follow. I will follow your way from on.. Thanks
WOW...STUNNING WORK...How do you know how and when and the order to apply all this paint and washes and weathering.Where to apply it and where not to...that is where I get lost lol Now I have only been modeling for 6 years but my figures dont look half that good. You are a true artist and surely know what your doing,,GRATZ THEY LOOK SO REAL
Hi, I think figures are the hardest thing to do. I have just kept experimenting till I find the way that suits me, the same as weathering. My US infantry video turned out well give that a look. Cheers for watching.
Like people under me mentioned. Really nice video. Would be useful to see here and there how much water means " a drop " when you charge the brush... from the pallete. Also( to my phone) the initial picture and the final, had bad lights. I thought. What an ugly finish. But in fact, the demo camera had better lights setup and the colors are much better. And really nice work you did in there. But this was because I watched the video, otherwise, seeing the first picture, I wouldn't open the video. Maybe on other phone screens is seen better. Just my opinion Cheers!
Cheers for feedback, I have since brought a light for my iphone to help with figure painting. I do everything with just an iphone, so sometimes its a bit limiting, but I like share and help others where something has worked well for me. I’ll take a look again at the thumb nail. Many thanks for the support.

Always trying to get it right, normally not achieving it, but will endeavour to find the right way for me.

Dude, you do fine work, but you need to get a new set of brushes... 🙂
I treat brushes badly, you may notice I never refer to sizes.
