I got this model for Christmas and will build it soon. This, my friend, was pure gold! Mine won’t look nothing like yours of course, but if it’s even close I’ll be very happy. More of these ‘old’ kit builds please! Very inspirational 😊
Looks amazing, the weathering is incredible, and the uniform on the figures is painted great.I wasn’t expecting a wheeled vehicle, but I am pleasantly suprised! Thanks a lot ;)
Incredible work as usual. I really like the contrasting uniforms you chose, it adds a lot of interest to this whole piece and draws the eyes in closer to see all the other work like the exceptional weathering. Thanks for sharing your hard work as always.
It looks awesome. What i thought was funny is glueing the window with special glue. Only to cover it in the next scene with a tarp made out of putty. 😂
There’s nothing wrong with this kit as it’s a 1990’s Tamiya kit. Still the best one available. The early kit is dreadful as it’s from early 1970’s so perhaps @modellersworldtv is referring to this in their post?
Fantastic result Lukasz! I recently built a Schwimmwagon by Italeri (sic) which I thought turned out OK, but after watching your magic on this model, I think I will have to resurrect it and try to improve the look of my own attempt. Looking forward to seeing this one in a diorama. Excellent build and weathering video as usual my friend. Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺!
Hello mr.cold!awesome job you did building that ww2 icon👏👏👏.and i am used to.so i expect nothing else from your work.of course you demand a thumb up for your work.and i will give him to you.i like your narration&the background music is so chilling.with best regards and sticky greetings. Your modelmate and friend in sprues christian.
Amazing work my friend. Again a gold class for me. Perfect i have buy the Waffen SS MG42 Gunner - Steyr from Darius Miniatures and i think he will lock great in a copy from your Schwimmwagen. Thx for sharing
Love it.... im yet to watch a video of yours that i havent enjoyed..... im a big fan of your weathering techniques, especially the undersides of the models. I use Citadel Models mud effects on mine, have you ever used that product?
I think with these small models like this, the Kubelwagon and the US Jeep it is necessary to add something to increase the content of the model otherwise there is little to look at. A small diorama with these is a really good way of doing this.
As always fantastic job 👌...but be careful with the runes...youtube deleted my vid of my schwimmwagen because of those runes 😕😕... Keep on going Lukas 😉👍
I love me a nice schimmwagen and a one done by you I love even more!!! Cheers! 😁
Thank you very much buddy! :)

Amazed by your brushwork. 😍 That’s a pretty little model of my favourite WWII German vehicle.
Thank you very much buddy! :)
It looks awesome.

Thx. Well, I wanted to show the use of the glue :)
It’s called product placement 😊
I’m sure many of us struggle with figuring painting so is there any chance of a video of how you paint your figures .
Another great build. I think you are the very best and my favorite on You Tube mate. Cheers….😊
Thank you very much buddy! :)
Wow 🤘🏻this is Realy cool the Schwimmwagen. . Great Mud Effect my Friend 🤘🏻👍🏻

Excellent work! And I love the background music too 👍🇦🇺👍
Thank you very much! :)
It is sooo old kit that I was thinking that is not possible to make good model. But again, You not disappoint.

Great work😊. I whould like to see some model from yugoslav war.
Many thx! Maybe in the future I will build something from this period! :)
@@coldemonspl I really like your croatian t 34 85. If you whould ever build again a model from yugoslav war please build a croatian t55a.
Fantastic build! Tamiya’s schimm is an old kit but a pleasure to build. It’s like a tiny toy. I’m building one myself at the moment
Thank you very much buddy! :)
It's not the old Tamiya kit... This is late 90's...still probably the best mainstream one available
@@nigelsmith7366 actually the molds are from 1998. That is 26 years…an old kit. Cheers
@@nigelsmith7366 Yep, you're right :)

Now i want to buy this kit... :P Great video. By the way, what did you use for the drying part? Looks like a nice and handy small tool.
Thx! It's simle hair dryer. Now I need to buy a new one as this one broke after 10 years of using! :)
Cześć Łukaszu 🖐🏻😃🤜🏻🤛🏻 Świetny model. Koła z DEFa to bajka, chociaż przednie założone na odwrót… 🤫 Pozdrawiam i mocno wspieram 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Tak w wiekszości wypadkó widziałem odwrotnie ale wpały mi też zdjecia z bieżnikiem jak u mnie :)
@@coldemonspl ważna zgodność ze zdjęciami! 👍🏻😎
Tread patterns of this style are often turned backwards on the front wheels to give better breaking

Thank you very much! :)
This is NOT a classic old Tamiya kit. That would be the 1970 classic Tamiya kit. Too many young pups around here
Well, this is the classic tamiya kit. We live in 2024 and curren standards are a bit higher than in 1970 :)
meh... it's alright....
Thank you very much! :)
