Many thanks! I've been sidelined with 3 spontaneous fracture due to osteoporosis & medical neglect. Your format is wonderful, especially with you Mom seated to demonstrate. Made me feel alive again & hopeful to be free of my walker. (Was in wheelchair prior) I practiced novice Tai Chi years ago. Your instructions are easy to follow on video!

Working with horses can make you very stiff. A good session of Tai Chi does not strain but loosens everything up with out injury. Loved this session. Now on my 'to do' list every day!! Thank you ❤

Ive had a knee replacement and currently also have a shoulder impingement from using crutches ,i was doing chair yoga but the arm lifting was painfull ,so was looking for something a bit more gentle , this really hits the spot I'll be continuing with it thankyou for sharing this ❤

I finished up the *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* with this gentle stretch and balance routine last night. I found some of the balancing a bit challenging and even lost my balance a bit once or twice -- maybe because I was doing it late at night before bed, but overall I found it relaxing. I'll try to do it earlier in the day next time. (written on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024)

Love your exercise videos, Im retired and from the UK. Too cold to go out so i'm enjoying these exercises at home. I like that I don't have to get down on the floor as have a replacement knee and this has always put me off before with other channels, so thank you, love your cat too x

I was looking for a short workout to finish out my daily workout goal. I had already did some rebounding and short walks to and from church. I found this one. I have never done any type of Tai Chi before. It was perfect to do just before bed and will do more that are similar. I love your cat and your mom (and you too, of course). I probably shouldn’t have put your cat first in the list 😂

I would love to see more neck exercises because my 84 yo bones need it so badly. I am like your mom, these Tai Chi movements are so helpful with my lack of coordination....the slow moves definitely help with that. Thank you so much.

Working with horses can make you very stiff. A good session of Tai Chi does not strain but loosens everything up with out injury.

Ive had a knee replacement and currently also have a shoulder impingement from using crutches ,i was doing chair yoga but the arm lifting was painfull ,so was looking for something a bit more gentle , this really hits the spot I'll be continuing with it thankyou for sharing this ❤

I finished up the *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* with this gentle stretch and balance routine last night. I found some of the balancing a bit challenging and even lost my balance a bit once or twice -- maybe because I was doing it late at night before bed, but overall I found it relaxing. I'll try to do it earlier in the day next time. (written on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024)

Love your exercise videos, Im retired and from the UK. Too cold to go out so i'm enjoying these exercises at home. I like that I don't have to get down on the floor as have a replacement knee and this has always put me off before with other channels, so thank you, love your cat too x

I was looking for a short workout to finish out my daily workout goal. I had already did some rebounding and short walks to and from church. I found this one. I have never done any type of Tai Chi before. It was perfect to do just before bed and will do more that are similar. I love your cat and your mom (and you too, of course).
