Exploring Yaowarat, otherwise known as Chinatown Bangkok, on a day time for less tourist experience, food cart and small eat that local perfer is there.
I would suggest getting there in day time as you alternative option. Maybe reserving sometime for night life in elsewhere at Bangkok.

The noodle in 7.45 is called BEE TAI MAK. In Mandarin, its call LOU SHU FEN, translates to mean 'Rat's tail', as the noodles looks like a rat's tail.
mee tai mak in mandarin is 米苔目。老鼠粉 is its other name.
Yeah.in Indonesia also called lou cu pan.
Same meaning rat tail noodles.
I get tea or coffee from that lady every day. :)

If I could go back to Thailand again, I'd rather walk around this area during daytime. Less chaotic and more relaxing. Food is very easy to find. I'm so happy you're guiding this beautiful lady around our beautiful neighborhood. Take good care of her.

I remeber staying in Bangkok Chinatown, snd what i notice is the Chinese food in Thailand is very localized. So its definitely Thai style chinese food that gou wont find in China. You can only find this type of chinese food in Thailand. And i find the fusion very unique and i miss the food there....lol
