I love Bangkok more than Hong Kong although, I am a Chinese. I went there last Christmas ‘23 and will be going again in this CNY. This time gg to explore Chinatown eat what Chon n Joyce ate oyster omelette and those in the video. Hopefully can locate the stalls.

Great daylight Yaowarat video.Chon,hope you come out with coffin donation at Poh Teck Tng, Ruam Katanyu Foundation and Erawan Shrine.Last but not least,the Er Ker Fen Shrine on top of the Police station at Chinatown. Many tourists offer their prayer or donations on their annual visit to Bangkok.

street food is so underrated in Bangkok. Many (western) tourists tend to skip because often language intimidated but its often well worth it - just have to be somewhat curious and ignore your fears (a bit)
Streetfood is literally 1 of the top 3 reasons people visit thailand and thai streetfood is literally world famous. Nothing underrated about it. Its literally world famous!
@@DarkoFitCoachYes! I love the sreet food. But my problem is often when you buy it there are no tables to eat, and the food is wrapped into plastic bags. Especially if you are not that young anymore it can make problems. Even I always carry a pocket knife with me.

@@DarkoFitCoach You are right, and I like use them. But one of my favourite close to Sala Daeng BTS has not. I love their shrimps, but more practical to take home than eating immediately.

In Chinese the bread stick is called 油条 （youtiao) and the soy milk is called 豆浆 （doujiang), this two combination is a common breakfast in China. I miss my days in China when I used to eat this everyday.
