But good cinematics and voice acting can only do so much for a story that is dogshit and content that is 90% chores. The Wow universe and setting is still better in my eyes, its just being squandered by a retarded lawyer with no real grasp of the game's story and a four year old's idea of cool.

the parallel is there, but the one difference is that Tyrande would sooner sacrifice herself than anyone under her. Unlike Illidan. Tyrande embraces night elf culture while Illidan takes what he wants from it and rejects the rest.

I think that was the point of his character back in vanilla. He doesn't respect the player, he treats you like a worm and he back then was the only one who did that He wasn't made to be liked right away, it was made to remind players that even when other important NPCs consider you a hero. Someone will always treat you like garbage. That's Nathanos

So many emotions with this. Was so thrilled to finally see Nathanos brought to his knees and slain. But, to look into my High Priestess' eyes and see the anguish of everything that has happened over the last expansion leaves my heart heavy. Losing so much, allowing so much rage to consume her, has left her cold and lacking of the spirit she once had. Hell, you can even see the same expression I gave by looking at Dori'thur's (her companion) reaction after she killed him. The same can actually be said for Jaina, but at least she was able to come back from it. I hope Tyrande, and Malfurion for that matter, can find real peace soon.

Actually as you start questioning in Shadowlands you try to find a way to save her - SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILER ALERT- You find the spirits of other Night Warrios and they all together search for a way to save her or at least help her control her powers. I think she will able to do that (for faction balance) or she will die to kill Sylv.
as much as I love this, Tyrande didn't even use the Nightwarrior power against Nathanos, she used it to disintergrate his doggos, but then just boddied him outright with skill. She could have been able to do that without Nightwarrior power... I think she was proving a point here.

Tyrande is stronger than Sylvanas and Nathanos even in the maw. She is prob powerful enough to stand toe to toe with the jailer too. I think Tyrande will land the killing blow to Sylvanas for sure. And wouldn't b surprised if she helps take down jailer.

Tyrande became what she thought that Illidan had become. Missing the entire point of WHY he had done what he´d done.
1. It wasn't only for vengeance... the Alliance didn't help them defeat the Horde in Darkshore so they needed the power boost. 2. Warrior of the night was already in the culture of the night elves so no oath belief or value was broken. 3. Malfurion was the one that imprisoned Illidan and Tyrande was the one that freed him... 4. Tyrande became empowered by Elune while Illidan became empowered by the power of the Legion so not the same thing. 5. You clearly don't know what you are talking about.

OMG i got chills when Ysera showed!! I cried when she died back in Legion, and every once in a while I use the toy that shows her leaving, for nostalgia. Is she coming back? is the Emerald Dream somehow still alive somewhere in the void?
This cutscene felt so low budget. Plus Tyranda didn't do anything "for teldrasil" she just got roasted on worldstar by Nathanos and killed him cuz mad. Nath got his ass kicked by tyrande but she didn't win that fight lmao. Plus the whole "wanna be illidan" thing is laaaaaaaame.
Ah yes. all those people who claim sylvanas is the best character in WoW with the best story and character building, totally galzing over the cute priestess forced to be a warrior during the war of the ancients then thrust into the role of leader of her people and given the monumental task of rebuilding their lives after they lost everything, and the world they knew was shattered, Only for their ancient enemies to return and thrust her into the role of warrior once again. I love and hate tyrande for many reasons. And i think thats just a small part of what makes her such an excellent character....much better then Sylvanus at least.
I'll never tire of seeing Nathanos getting destroyed so easily like the simp he is. If only Sylvanas hadn't had the thickest plot armor ever written and gotten her ass handed to her as well as would have been logical, Shadowlands might actually have been a good expansion.

Tyrande became what she thought that Illidan had become. Missing the entire point of WHY he had done what he´d done.
1. It wasn't only for vengeance... the Alliance didn't help them defeat the Horde in Darkshore so they needed the power boost.
2. Warrior of the night was already in the culture of the night elves so no oath belief or value was broken.
3. Malfurion was the one that imprisoned Illidan and Tyrande was the one that freed him...
4. Tyrande became empowered by Elune while Illidan became empowered by the power of the Legion so not the same thing.
5. You clearly don't know what you are talking about.
Where has she disappeared to? She has the perfect opportunity now to kill Sylvanas, but nothing of her since she almost got her
Tyranda and Sylvanas are my favourite two wow elves. Both awesome and super cool despite one being good, and one being bad. Can never have enough of these two hot elves.

But this is fucking great. In the face of death he laughs, and mocks Tarande. He laughs at how everyone in her tree is now dead. He knows he won’t he won’t lose, how could he if he doesn’t talk. If she kills him he will have still won.

Illidan had Arthas, Tyrande had Sylvanas... To be fair Tyrande should've killed both Nathanos and Sylvanas without power-up by sheer life and fighting experience alone, then the 7 feet tall muscular savage elves. Power scaling and plot armor fking sucks.
Like how can pre-power up Skull of Guldan Illidan go toe to toe with peak of his power Arthas, but then post Power up Illidan fails miserably to weakened Arthas at Ice-Crown?

OMG i got chills when Ysera showed!! I cried when she died back in Legion, and every once in a while I use the toy that shows her leaving, for nostalgia. Is she coming back? is the Emerald Dream somehow still alive somewhere in the void?

This cutscene felt so low budget. Plus Tyranda didn't do anything "for teldrasil" she just got roasted on worldstar by Nathanos and killed him cuz mad. Nath got his ass kicked by tyrande but she didn't win that fight lmao. Plus the whole "wanna be illidan" thing is laaaaaaaame.

Ah yes. all those people who claim sylvanas is the best character in WoW with the best story and character building, totally galzing over the cute priestess forced to be a warrior during the war of the ancients then thrust into the role of leader of her people and given the monumental task of rebuilding their lives after they lost everything, and the world they knew was shattered, Only for their ancient enemies to return and thrust her into the role of warrior once again. I love and hate tyrande for many reasons. And i think thats just a small part of what makes her such an excellent character....much better then Sylvanus at least.
All will be forgiven when the time comes. She will get away with murder, just like the alliance always does.

I'll never tire of seeing Nathanos getting destroyed so easily like the simp he is. If only Sylvanas hadn't had the thickest plot armor ever written and gotten her ass handed to her as well as would have been logical, Shadowlands might actually have been a good expansion.
