Thanks for the test! You earned my sub! Looking at getting the Redmax EBZ9000, but at the same time I am thinking about how nice it would be to have that side start on the Stihl BR800.
Thanks for the sub! The side start on the Stihl is nice once it's warm. A little harder to start cold. I use it in the summer for grass clippings for the side start, which is great if a customer comes out to talk to you, plus it's quieter. Thanks again!
@@Lakecenterlawncare Yesterday I went out and I went with the BR800C-E. Used it yesterday and I am very happy with it. The side start is worth every penny and it's got tons of power for leaves. Very happy with it and you can't beat the deal support for Stihl. Thanks again for the video!
The side start is overrated. I’ve had both versions of the BR800 for 6 years and as the machine ages the side start becomes problematic and you quite often end up taking the thing off your back to start anyway. I’m hoping to pickup the ebz9000 soon, looks like it will improve my snow clearing. Where I live we put more hours on a backpack blower blowing snow than the whole rest of the year.
@@JaLynHarris-f6b it certainly does, however, from idle when you pull the throttle on both, the Redmax reminds me of when I was a kid and we would turn our air cleaner cover over on our two barrel carburetor on our cheap cars to make it sound like a four barrel.
I got the Redmax 15% off. I had a PB8010, blew up. The PB9010 came out so soon, I knew there was an issue. Still a good blower but quirky. The Redmax has better ergos, and is just more effective and efficient in my opinion. You need to buy and use what is best for you. I like them all, for different reasons. The Echo and the Redmax are by far the best for leaf cleanups, I'm happy with both. I just like the Redmax a little better.
@@Lakecenterlawncare one major plus the Redmax has over the Echo definately is comfort 100%. The 9010 is a rugged mans blower who only need a machine get the job done quickly and not give a shit about comfort. That's why I love everything about the 9010.
The 9010 is just the best overall, it's reliable , powerful, comfy and affordable for its tier . Stihl 4mix is the worst ... Husqvarna/redmax great, powerful, dependable but expensive..

@@TOMuirhead Sounds like you need a valve adjustment. On Stihl 4mix products they will become hard to pull start when the valves need an adjustment.
Ebz 9000 is monster, i bought it. It pushes me back at full throttle.
The Redmax EBZ9000 kinda sounds similar to the PB-9010T at full throttle

Wow, for a hundred + dollars more, you can blow your leaves 3 inches farther than a 9010 lol.
9010 is the best man, oh how I regret selling mine 😢

You got my sub 👍
EBZ9000 is most powerful, I have it. Stihl isn’t even close. Echo is a beast too.
