That was the chair at the beginning! 😂🤣 It needs some oil, a bit like me! Got a banging headache guys so will be replying to comments tomorrow 🙃 Hope everyone is well and loving this vid ❤x
This reminds me of a video I saw a number of years ago. A guy had a little girl who really liked fairies and such, so he integrated those switches into several electronic toys and such, and gave her a fairy wand that he put a magnet in, and showed her that she can magically turn things off and on with her fairy wand. It was cute.
Its a Hall effect sensor that is doing the job of Reed switch and its the little black box with the 3 pins. The main difference is that a hall switch draws power all the time where a Reed switch needs the magnet to connect the wires inside the glass tube.
I’m not a resin artist but I make off loom beaded jewellery. I just love your channel because you’re really good at what you do & you have the most calming voice ever. Hope your headache is better now. Hugs from North East England.
I cannot believe you have been giving us so much insperation for so long, and here you are continuing with more game changes… You are an inventor Sir, and exceptional at ideas and experimenting for passion and fun. The resin world loves you🌟
This is a little known frontier for jewellery making, and one I want to explore. I hope, with technological advanced, we'll soon get these, but so you can pair them to a specific chip of something, so that only the one ring can light up the one pendant. That would be an awesome concept for couples, something new to replace wedding rings. But as is, since I love adding lights to things, this is so cool.
I'm so excited to see this style l.e.d jewelry. I've been day dreaming about making light up jewelry for years and you've done it! It's beautiful. Thank you for your contribution to you tube.
I came across this on my fb reels and I think it’s absolutely brilliant. I immediately went to your store front and added everything to my cart. I can’t wait to make these. They are beautiful!!!
This is great! I love that tree of life pendant. We purchased a tree of life copper piece from an artist in Washington state off of Etsy. It’s quite large.. roughly 6’X’6 ft. It’s 3 panels, when placed side by side it completes the tree. We installed it in our backyard, it’s really beautiful. I hope you’re feeling better Daniel.❤
Hey Daniel, thankyou for sharing such interesting, fun and consistent content. Have been following your Facebook reels for a while and love when they pop up on my feed and always watch to see what you’re making. Your videos are fab and I have to say how refreshingly real you are with sharing your content in that you’re not afraid to show the world things that are experimental or imperfect or didn’t turn out quite as you planned or hoped. Also love when you post something you’ve been experimenting with and it turns out way better than you hoped too, so many wins! ❤
Thank you for sharing, you have reignited my crafting bug. I came across your channel by chance after i broke my right wrist 7weeks ago leaving me unable to do my usual crafts. This video had me entranced and i cannot wait to try it. Still need to work on getting my strength back in my wrist before i can try it but i will get there. I love just about everything you have shown and i will be trying this one as soon as i can! Thank you very much!😊
Can you read the markings on the 3-pin chip? It's probably a "hall effect sensor" as opposed to a reed switch. Lookup part number A3144 as an example device.
Daniel, it's so extraordinary to see how your brain works and how it comes to life in your art. Which is lucky for the rest of us to benefit from. Thank you for being you and sharing your enthusiasm for creating out ofcthe box! 💫💕😊 love it!
First thought, oh look my tri-corder. Second thought, a few lines from a Dylan Thomas poem. I think the technology is great and advances the light through resin makes.👏😉
I have been wanting to do this kind of idea for ages but could never find the hardware small enough to do it. Thank you, Dan, for sharing this information it is super valuable to me.❤
That is totally awesome Daniel. I will definitely be trying to get some of those. They are sold out right now but I will keep my eye out. Thank you so much for sharing. Totally awesome.😁😁😁
Great idea. Glass would also work. I just discoveed fusing glass lots of fun. When I was much younger I took a small plastic skull mounted red film in the eyes, popped in a small bulb and made it into a bootlace tie. I hide the wires and a switch under my shirt lots of fun to be had as it winked at people. They would ask how i worked and I pretend they were drunk.
Hi Daniel, lovely to see you, and great video as usual. You never cease to amaze me, you're a genius. Thank you for the links to the items too. Sorry to hear you have a bad headache, get some rest sweetie. I hope you feel better soon. Take care xx❤
Just made one of these!!! OMG I LOVE IT!!! Just waiting for some tiny removable glue dots to come in to hold the LED in place. I also bought those super thin magnets and popped one into one of the cheap rings (Amazon is out of the pronged settings at the moment). I am going to be making TONS of these!!!
Love this idea! :) Fabulous idea! Kind of reminds me of the old spy days with the cameras that fit on a button... :) I love the idea of using this in jewelry... either way very interesting and fantastic! :) thank you so much for sharing
Hi Daniel, from Louisiana, 🇺🇸. This is amazing❣️ I absolutely love this. You should seriously need to start thinking about selling your pieces. I can just imagine how much money you could make. You are a genius. I’ve told you that many time & I believe it 100%. Have a blessed day. 🙏💗🤗

The ring you said you didn't hide the magnet in very well is stunning! Nobody would even tell it's an encased entity of itself!
depending on the color of the film, I'm reminded of the sun setting behind the tree, or the moon glowing behind it. so cool!
🥰🥰🥰

What a great idea 🤩🥰
This is pretty darn cool Daniel, you could put double sided tape on it to keep it from moving around in the cage. -Beverly
Great idea 🤩
