  • 291. You HAVE TO TRY THIS Incredible Resin Art JEWELRY HACK!
In todays Resin Art video..... Can we use Dichro-ISH films in a new way?! I want to see if I can eliminate the need for using bezel tape with open bezels, or having to cut the films to fit inside the bezels, which in itself, can be a complicated task!
This would also eliminate the risk of trapped bubbles in your resin jewelry!
I think this is a crazy new way to make resin art jewelry and it is so easy to do! Just make sure you do not heat your bezels too much as they can completely melt the films!
DISCLAIMER...... Use heat guns safely! The do get hot! I placed my gun to the side of me and melted my phone case! Be careful and work safely!

I am really struggling to find the exact bezels I have as many come in various sizes and styles, I would suggest searching for things like "Tree of life open bezels" or "Flower of life open bezels".
Also, the lady I got mine from was in a Facebook group called "Resin supplies den" but I cannot find her name in my old messages 😔
Thanks for watching and supporting me on my journey 😊

And again Daniel, you amaze us all! I don't think the word boring should ever be in your vocabulary! You are far from it! Even my husband has enjoyed watching on and it's funny, he sits with his ear buds watching his own videos, but when he removes them he typically knows who I'm watching! Between you, Pouring Your heart out, toonpish, Claire, Steve McDonald, Nick Zometti, and a few more. However, when i get a new idea, all i have to say is it's Daniel's fault.. He laughs and agrees yes, I need to try it now. My husband is a big supporter of me crafting. Thank you so much for entering all of our lives. You have made a huge and wonderful impact. All of you have. Before all of you, I think the world was lost.
So no dear Daniel, you are so very far from boring!

I feel like I repeat myself every video but I can’t help it because it’s true. These are beautiful pieces. You are correct in what you said towards the end of the video that some of the pieces look tacky until you work you magic on them. I feel that maybe thats the reason for them to be like that. People buy them or sell them as they are & there is nothing exciting about them. But when you buy them, look at them & start imaging what they could be, then magic starts to happen & something plain & ordinary turns into something special. If they looked beautiful & stunning to start with, you don’t want to do something to it in case it doesn’t work out & ruins it. But in some cases it would turn it into something spectacular, but why risk it. I love the idea of turning something ordinary into something extraordinary!! It brings so many positive thoughts & emotions into the world.

I head "you can fuse them together" as "you confuse them together". Well, I was definitely confused for a second!
These are absolutely beautiful. I love them so much.
I wonder what it would look like if you cut a bunch of small pieces of different colours of the films, and fuse those together. Like have a whole (thin) pile of them and combine them. I feel like that could be really cool.
These pieces remind me a lot of one of my favourite necklaces. It's a tiny little flower with metal edges and something greenish blue in the petals. I have never thought about what it is, I really have no idea. Glass I guess? I don't even know how I got it. I don't think I bought it myself. I might have found it among my mum's jewellery and asked if I could have it. It was probably something really cheap, but I love it.

So many beautiful pieces, I am finding it hard to pick a favorite. I think I would have to go with the one you added the extra cabochon to. It is really gorgeous. Wonderful video. So creative and Mr. Daniel, you are NEVER boring. 😁🥰

Hi, Dan.I agree. You're not boring us, but perhaps when you heat the metal.Instead of using a paper towel try using parchment paper.
Thanks for showing us these tips.

Try wearing some sort of an oven glove that protects you from heat. That should help you press the bezel into the film without getting burnt.
