The stately monument that marked his grave. One day there was a concrete, western hat, next day it was gone, stolen, but It did not keep me from sitting there, dat after day, singing his songs to him, talking to him. I don't remember the year, but our school bus driver alway a had a radio installed on the bus, and at 7:00 am Hank. Sr. Williams had a live radio program. I knew all his songs and would sit there everyday and sing o him. No body ever came around. Sitting on the hill, south side of Montgomety, AL, singing to Hank Williams, Sr., YES, I WAS SO LONESOME I COULD CRY. .
Thunderhead Hawkins is all heart his music comes from his heart and he writes his own music his way and he likes Jim beam and I like Jim beam Apple but I could sit here and listen to his whole entire families history and music and it's nothing but from the heart it's all real and that's why I like it
