Update- I am now 3 months post op and have lost 52 pounds since surgery and 59 pounds from my highest weight. Since that post- I have lost an extra 24 pounds!!
I had my gastric sleeve surgery 2 weeks ago at DR HE Clinic, everyone was amazing and supportive I went alone but I never felt I was alone the nurses and everyone was like a family to me and I was very lucky I got to meet Nathalie at DR HE Clinic, she was very kind and supportive lady and she looks really amazing. Thank you DR HE clinic you're the best
@@legitnesha9699 it was a few difficult weeks. I am now one month post and I am eating food. I'm down 34lbs. I feel so much better. When people say this is the easy way, they haven't had the surgery. Definitely not the easy way. Not a quick fix. Don't rush yourself, follow the advice of the physician.
I commented before but this video I think I’ve watched 60 times maybe 40 but I know it’s up there and at the end when Natalie is singing the very part that I love is when she laughs and goes back into singing it’s amazing I love this lady and I love that she is still successful with maintaining the surgery and it was a success for her it’ll soon be me soon

No complications and my doctor here in Japan is fantastic, I’m actually on my way to see him. My surgery weight was 366 (I started at 386). My current weight 6 months later is 212 and it decreases daily it seems like. So I lost 154 lbs in 6 months and beat the total weight loss record in my clinic. I also workout EVERYDAY (except sunday) and I maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. I’m not perfect but I rarely go off my healthy foods. ^_^ hope that helps.

I can get "the call" every moment now to get my surgery. I have the same weight u had and I think we are pretty much the same height so I wonder how fast my weightloss will go. I gained 40 kilograms in 5 years... way to much for all sorts of reasons and now I am "fat" up with it. Its also good to see its done in Turkey as it can use some good critics now.
