A normal meal is 3 times a day, however most adults in Nigeria got no time for food. It's either 101 or 011, rarely 001, 100 or 010. Hence Obesity is not common in Nigeria.
I could remember back in my childhood days how many times my dad or mom ate before leaving the house in the morning for work.
Now I'm a grown up man, I do exactly same thing. If at all I eat before leaving, 80% of the times I know I won't have the urge to eat lunch.
Even back then I was in Russia it was always 011 or 101. Not because I don't have the money or time, but my system was just used to it like that.
Sometimes I ask myself if there was so much hardship that made many Nigerians to start skipping meals or it's just a tradition 🤔.

The meal formula has nothing to do with poverty or starvation. I am averagely ok but I do 001 or 010 as a way of dieting and checking my weight . It was not easy at first but I have to work really hard to get used to it. But most times I do take fruits as well and since then my regular medical check up has been ✓✓✓✓✓✓ all year round.

Lol. He doesn't even know the difference between the Niger Republic and Nigeria; 90% of the images he showed were from the Niger Republic.
Only God knows how long he's been searching for these dero/gatory videos that he labelled Nigeria. Many African countries become agitated when the name Nigeria is mentioned, and the only way for them to feel good is to bring up neg/ative things about Nigeria.
The country of the video's creator has the world's third-largest slum, but they will keep it hidden. Because of Ha/Te, he used videos from another country as if they were from Nigeria.

I guess what you guys never knew much about in the video might be about Benin City, which has the second most longest wall 🧱. Benin City was the land that was attacked by the British and was looted of its treasures. Due to the refuse to trade with them. Almost every 10 years since the 70s, there have always been some returns of the treasures looted. As a matter of fact, there were some artifacts returned last year.
Thanks a lot for always putting a smile on my face after work. By the way, I am a Benin city boy 👦 💙

What would I call it personally probably 011 or just 11. I'm not a morning person, it takes a while for my stomach and brain to start functioning properly. I only eat breakkie (that's what we call breakfast in Australia) if I need to. Usually I eat a nice big brunch (breakfast and lunch combined) with a light dinner later on. Of course I'll have some snacks throughout the day, I especially like fresh fruit. I enjoy junk food as much as the next person. But all of my life I've enjoyed fruit, salad 🥗 and drinking water 💦. Personally I prefer to eat my vegetables raw whenever possible, I hate them when they're overcooked. It's better for you because you'll get more nutrients from raw vegetables anyway. For example when you boil vegetables a lot of the nutrients wind up in the water.

I love you guys and your channel! Been binge watching your videos. Keep up the good work, God bless you!❤️ 010 or 101 came about as a result of poverty because many people couldn't afford to eat 3 times a day. The people who eat like that are mostly either people struggling financially or bachelors that can't or don't cook. And some that got out of the struggle already got used to it. It's not true, I've hardly ever seen any Nigerian eat 3 times daily.. ahhh there's no time for such. When everyone is moving mad where would you have such time to eat thrice daily. Nigerians on average eat twice daily or once in a day depending on the individual.. This is excluding snacks. Personally I'm always on 101. This is not about poverty or being broke but time is moving fast in Nigeria so no time to eat everytime.

Most design their food structure,011 is the normal one.
When you eat three times a day,it kills your creativity and the will to hussle. You have to know what hunger is,so you can avoid it.
The same thing goes for sleep.
