Andhrapradesh doesn’t have capital so they have given the amount for the capital formation and development of for it sectors as well. That 15000 crs will be allocated not only for the amaravathi city but they will use that money to develop the IT hubs as well as infrastructure as well. As we can see not even a single seat of BJP from tamilnadu they might given those amount to given to other states. The major reason for given to AP was they won there as combined parties. The 3 political parties has joined together and formed as kutami. So not only one party won in AP. They won as a kutami.
See in a budget speech it's impossible to mention all the states name ,if the state name is not mentioned it doesn't mean that you are ignored or the centre doesn't allocate funds for you
