the problem with this new constructions is the fee they add for community infrastructure since its all new (streets, plumbing, street lights, etc). I live in a similar one in Miami and between HOA and this fee u add up almost 350 monthly. So take that into consideration.
If you want more dining room space then you will probably like the Selena Model from this neighborhood. I will do a video on it once they have it finished. That was the only model they didn't finish yet.
The Francesca townhouse is a nice townhouse, but i don’t like the floor . Another thing is that it doesn’t have windows on the sides. Marlon remember to mention in you presentation or video the tax amount per year, for each townhouse. Marlon the phase 11 is already in progress? thank.
Can you Choose the Paint Color, Type of Flooring, Counter-Top's, Color of Cabinet's, etc. ? I have a Suggestion that you Rarely SEE, in Any Home, no matter which State, and that is . . . In the Master-Closet's, they Should put in Double Rod's, for Hanging Clothing, leaving One Smaller Rack, for Full- Length Garment's. Do Not Use Wire-Shelving. Prefer Wooden Rod's, and NO Shelving Above. People Enjoy the Patio, in the Back. Make Sure to Show That. Nice Home and Nice Video.

Good question! But the answer is no. There's some common grass area in the front but nothing where you can fence in for a pet or really call your own backyard.

My lord the prices are so great there... We are looking at townhomes around this size at $470K here in Ottawa, Canada. Can't even imagine Toronto.
Vaughan (Ontario, Canada) would be about upper $600k for this size.
