- Hi everyone! In this video, we do some testing to see how well the armour actually protects you from melee and ballistic damage.

Very helpful, thanks for testing...a side benefit of the combat helmet is the built in ear protection. Interesting that the armor did wonders versus the puppets melee.

does the improvised bullet proofed vest help much when it comes to puppet's melee damage or is it more specialized towards bullets predominantly?
Why didn't you wear the K6 helmet?
What about the arm guards? Do they help?
Did anyone made a spreadsheet? It's hard to follow just by listening.
After the latest update I am unable to change the server settings can't turn off the mechs or change any others any ideas
I had the mechs turned off and the puppets at 50%. After the update I noticed the mechs back. I assume the puppets are back at full damage also. I don't know if the loot is back at 1X from the 9X I had it at. Haven't checked it out yet. At 9X I was just getting a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need so I just left it.
@@flash1259 it took me a few hours of messing with the settings and restarting the game but It finally resent back to 8× puppets no mechs and twice more spawns indoors and out I'm not happy unless my computer can't hardly run in the city lol I also drop body simulation to 1% so I can actually play the game
@@deusimpeditioesuritorinull7079 I haven't even been playing for hours lately. I'll probably keep it like it is at least for now. I've been doing a lot of organizing after I got 4 gun racks built. I also want to go out and check out the Kar98. For some reason It's only loading one bullet at a time even though it shows the animation of loading multiple ones.
What a bullshit logic with AS Val - in reality, rounds 9x39 will shred body armor no problem. Someone should let the devs know this fact. They should also make Remington 700 in .308 as a "hunting rifle". 22cal for a hunting rifle is ridiculous.
I agree, .22lr is a weak round that won't even pen aluminum much thicker than a soda can.
Naw, 9x39 can't do jack shit against III-IV armor anymore in this modern age, hell there's a vest that can stop a 50.cal now
@@KiopysPlace I'm positive a 9x39 PAB-9 can and will penetrate all the way to IV, also its unusual that only 1 round will connect, so if the first one did not penetrate the other /s will. Also there ain't nothing wereable that can stop a 50cal or a 50bmg, even if there was, the user of said vest would be atomized due to the sheer energy behind a 50cal, making it unusable.
@@FinAce lol, just look up 50 cal vest. I also never said it wouldn't prevent your organs from becoming jelly though
