    Just finished watching, very helpful video as always. Best advice I think it’s the fact that you’re idle a lot of the time without even realizing and you can eat then. The hardest part for me was gaining weight because I wasn’t eating at the right time and the right amounts, but got it going on. Keep it up!

    With regards to level up dexterity it should be said that the absolutely most efficient way to do so is to go into a huge calorie deficit while in controlled settings. You wanna do it in controlled settings ie. in your base, because you run the risk of passing out due to exhaustion. To avoid the calorie deficit to have a negative impact on your characters strength (due to a deficiency in protein) once you hit 0% energy reserves, you can eat an entire steak or skewer of meat and continue to work out (walk with weights). You just want the intake rate to be less than the burn rate, which really isn't too difficult. Deplete your stamina, deplete your energy reserves, keep walking with a backpack full of sandbags and you'll see your dex, str and even con skyrocket in no time =)

    Wow ngl, really high quality video, great audio and voice, if you pumped out the videos and did recent scum guides for everything (something there isn't ), ie base protection locks etc, your channel would grow pretty quickly.

    I have noticed that when you drain all your stamina and just keep walking for a longer time your dex gain gets though the roof when you eventually stop to rest. Your stamina will stay at 0% for a time even if you lay down and during that time dex gain is insane. Try it maybe I'm wrong

    Would be Nice if DEX was also heavily affect by parkour and ammo loading.. daily stuff that you do with your hands... ain't right that fat is the only factor for dex...

    Might need an update now that skill upgrade are locked out if you don't have the applicable base attribute. 1 for basic 2 for medium, 3 for adv. If you start with 1.5 int and assign all skill points to engineering, and start with medium, it'll max out basic to 100% and not allow medium forever

      @@whanethewhip One of the content creators I watch said, after you eat drink alot of water so you have to urinate. If you keep doing this you will flush the sodium out of your body. Good luck.

    This metabolism stuff wrecks my game play I can't enjoy the game that I paid for because I'm constantly feeding drinking urinating or defecating I need the devs to give us the ability to change those settings or turn them off so I can play the game my way without all this junk getting in the way

      Hi! You can actually change this setting. For single player, you can open the serversettings.ini file and the entry is "bodysimulationspeed". Default is 3.84. Lower this, and you wont have to eat or drink as often and in turn, you will go to the washroom less. A lot of private(not official) servers lower this value, too! Check the official discord, reddit etc. to find a server that has a rule set that suits you! Good luck! And I hope you get more fun out of this awesome game!
