    Question :) About minute 16:00 of the vid, we are given the option to lift the heel of the back leg while in a high lunge. Are we keeping the back knee straight or micro bent? I couldn’t tell what I should do based on watching or verbal cues. Thanks!

      Hello!! It's lifting the front heel not the back just as an added challenge! You can keep the leg straight or micro bend the knee depending on how it feels for you but if you're feeling any fussiness in the lower back then keep a small bend. Hope that helps!!

      Yes it does. My body can handle either. I just discovered you channel since you started uploading more the last few months. Keep it up- I love it. Your flows are very intuitive... they take/lead me exactly where my body wants to go with each transition 👏👏
