    This is my favorite routine, I try to do it twice a week and it works great for me. I am also a triathlete and it helps me recover. I hope you post another one of this same style because I love it and I can't find a better one. Thank you!

      Hiiii! So I did some online blogging for a bit which made me a bit of money but generally I would go home for a bit and teach/pick up some other work and then save some money for my next trip :)
