This year, I spent an extended stay at a friend's house on the Big Island of Hawaii again! The garden is filled with a wide variety of tropical fruits and vegetables, and there are about 20 coffee trees. So, I decided to make my favorite anaerobic coffee myself!
My mind was racing before I watched this video. Now I feel so much peace. Thank you for that. Also, I love coffee, which makes this video x10 more perfect
It amazes me every time how you got so much knowledge and the right equipment. I've been a huge fan of your videos for many years now, you get to learn something but it also feels like a sort of meditation. Please keep on sharing your knowledge and your peace. Thank you.
This is beautiful, what a work of art. Seems like a lot of work for maybe 5 cups of coffee worth of beans. That's why we need to be paying producers a fairer amount for their work and cultivation. Thanks for sharing this look at the process.
Wow. What an eye-opener to the making of a good cup of coffee from beans to a cup. The sounds are incredible. My favorite sound is when the sherries drop into the rattan basket. My second favorite is the sound of water pouring into the glass. Salute!
when the video started, i thought you were in hawaii. then i saw your comment. so glad you were able to spend time there. it's my favorite island in the state! so gorgeous!!
Ryota where in Hawaii are you? Looks so peaceful. My sister lives in Oahu. Thank you for sharing this. As an avid coffee drinker and actually having grown up surrounded by them I loved when neighbors would roast them and then pound them in large mortars. The smell was wonderful 😊
Really a great job of cooking and film production, between the cameras you work with R5C and a7sIII which one do you think has a more pleasant result and easier workflow?

Thank you for the video. Every time I drink a cup of coffee, it tells me about the arduous journey a cup of coffee takes from farm to table.

How do you measure the moisture content of the beans? You said 11% but how can you tell?
Nice video ❤❤❤❤
How is the taste??
Nice video. It's a lot of work from the garden to wine glass. It seems u r growing your hair as well.
I'm probably going to be late quite a bit for work with this
Whoa! I thought you got a new house.
Manufacturers would not have even bother removing the insect damaged beans. They would use those in our coffee.
Probably along with some of the insects too
What brewer did you use?
Bird from Weber workshops🫶🏻
DEITY V-Mic D4 Duo
