    Ingredients:
    - 200g oat flour (you can grind the oat flakes)
    - 50g coconut flakes
    - a pinch of salt
    - cinnamon, nutmeg
    - baking powder
    - 400-450 oat/ almond milk
    - 1 carrot
    - 2 tbsp coconut oil
    You can add also some vanilla.
