Happy Friday, my friends! Who is ready for a cozy pancake recipe that is light, tender, hearty and delicious?!🙋🏼These Oatmeal Pancakes are just that! I can't wait for you to give them a try. XO- Dani
Me, I am ready. I shall try them. Be aware the fate of your soul lies within my verdict. I do hope your pancakes protect you. Nevertheless I shall remain unbiased in my judgement. Sincerely, Anonymous
I love when you do your “little talks” about the mental part of nutrition. 💜 It’s true. You can’t focus on what you can’t eat. It just messes up your mindset.
I add ground nutmeg, ground cloves, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in mine. I sometimes will add some of my protein powder in the batter for an extra protein boost.
I used water instead of almond milk and i forgot to put baking powder. I added blueberries and strawberries inside and it came out good. Thank you for this yummy recipe
This is my second time making this recipe! I use the batter with my mini waffle maker and it turns out great! I added an extra tbsp of coconut oil to the batter to make the waffles. Even my mom enjoyed it! Thank you! :)
Tried this recipe and love it!!! The recipe is very flexible so I use oat flour only (ratio 1-1 for flour and milk) and replace coconut oil with olive oil. The texture came out nicely! This pancake will be my daily comfort food!!!!!
Had to come back to let you know this recipe was so good, a new family favorite. I made these last Saturday and planned to serve them for breakfast through the week to my kids. Dani they never made it to the fridge! Kids ate them for lunch and begged for seconds.
I made these for the first time, yesterday, and I thought they were delicious! I loved the flavor and the texture. I used 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. They are a thin pancake, but are delicious! Thank you for sharing the recipe!
I just made these with whole wheat flour instead of oat flour and honey instead of maple syrup. I also mixed in fresh blueberries. They are so good!! What a fantastic recipe. My only suggestion is to soak the oats longer than 10min (more like 15 or 20) because they were quite gritty and "raw" tasting which messed with the texture a bit. But overall a great recipe, THANK YOU!!
I can’t wait to try these and I already have all the ingredients!!! Love how that works out 😅 I also love how you made your own oat flour because a lot of people don’t even know you can make your own at home it’s way cheaper and you get way more 😊
I'm trying these tomorrow. Thank you so much. Just what I was looking for. Great video and right to the point without lots of talking and or distractions.
Just made these and they turned out delicious. Instead of coconut oil I used some brown butter. Topped them off with bananas, hemp seeds, and walnuts. So good and so filling 🤤 Thanks for the recipe.
I have to say these are the best pancakes that I've ever made!!! They were light fluffy and delicious. And best of all I didn't feel weighed down after eating them.
This was the first video of yours I’ve seen and just wanted to say I loved it! Thank you for giving all the info on subs!! Very informative and clear, will definitely go look at your other content. Hopefully you keep showing us how to make things plant based and gf :)
Me and my kids just made them and there delicious!! I used whole milk instead though since I didn’t have almond milk but they are so much better then regular pancakes and no guilt after eating them! My kids loved them. Thank you so much for this recipe.
Glad you said "bah, nah nah!" to bananas and Id like to make an odemeal for you in tribute of these oatmeal pancakes. Apologies if my quirkiness falls flat but that's pancake inspiration for you. Rating 10/10! Delicious!
They were actually really delicious 😳😍 I always had the mindset that the healthier version of a dish lacks of flavor or simply tastes “healthy”. But these were really good 👍🏻 I added some raspberries to the pancake butter and topped it with sugar beet syrup. Thank you for the recipe 🥰
I just made these oatmeal pancakes, and I was so shocked and delighted how wonderful they tasted!! This will be a main part of my diet now; especially since my cholesterol levels are a bit high. Thank you!! 😃
Thank you for the recipe! My house is GF by medical necessity and it's always nice to see people doing things that can accomodate those with food issues. They look delicious and I'll be trying them out sometime this week!
This looks so good. I’m going to try a fresh batch over the weekend, and if they are as good as I think they will be, I will make a couple large batches for the end of my pregnancy and postpartum. These look like they will help heal my body, help nourish me, and be good for breast-feeding too! Thank you so much
Oh yum!! I’m gunna have to try these. I’ve just had the sleeve done (weight loss surgery), so I’ll have to wait till I’m on a soft diet. Thank u for sharing. Can’t wait for more!! 💜💜💜
Goor morning!❄ I'm making these oatmeal pancakes 🥞 for brunch now. Cant wait to serve them up! Thank you for this recipe. It's fun to try out new ones.
I Made this without the baking soda (don’t have any😅) and they turned out great! I made a mix of Greek yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup to top them off. Might add a little bit of sugar to the pancake mix next time to make them a bit sweeter.
Wow I really love this recipe! I have a problem with my stomach so I don’t digest food well. I thought I couldn’t eat any dessert more in my life. But this oat pancakes were okay!!! No pain no uncomfy stomach!! And yummy!! Thanks!
Wow this looks awesome. I barely got into cooking, so this is a great time to learn something as delicious as this. I can already imagine how good this will be!
I made these with chocolate chips and homemade blackberry sauce to put on top and its delicious!! If anyone likes fruit jams or sauces like me these are a perfect match
I've always been cooking pancakes with banana and it wasn't really satisfying (considering a lot of messy cooking stuff and the taste itself). Today tried this recipe, these pancakes are fantastic! Flaffy and elastic at the same time. Btw, i used apple puree instead of coconut oil and almond extract, cardamon and a pinch of ginger as addings. Thank you, Dani, i'm fond of your channel
These are delicious!!! Thank you Dani❣️ I’ve eaten three while making them, couldn’t wait. I used almond flour because that’s what I had on hand. Everyone, you must try these!!
Hi sweetie, my name is Jeannette and I love u recipe, I made mine with apple 🍎 and walnuts, I didn't use sweet bcs I don't use sugar but it was delicious, so thanks again 2:50
I have seen many videos of healthy meals but this Chanel have been so far the easiest quick and delicious food 😋 and so easy to understan.. wow I can wait to start making more meals and use more veggies from your recipes here. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on cooking meals❤️
I made this today and it's a tasty, healthy, and easy little recipe! I used egg whites (6oz) and skim milk; grape seed oil and avocado oil cooking spray. (I spray it into a small cup then pour it in the pan because the aerosol, not the oil, wears out the non-stick coating of the pan) I also used 1 cup of oatmeal flour because the batter was too runny due to using egg whites without yolks. It comes out a little runny in the pan, but it cooks out well at 2 -- 3.5 minutes each (makes 6 using 1/4 cup measuring scoop). It's well worth it to cook it this way because I need to watch my cholesterol intake.
Dani. Great recipe. These were so good. I put in some leftover chocolate pieces I had. Ground up oats for the flour. Cooked in butter. Served with blended fresh strawberries and banana on top, small amount of maple syrup, topped with yogurt or whipped cream. Would have used sour cream if I had it. Second time they warmed up nicely in a little more butter. And I just used fresh blended strawberries & whip cream !!! Yum.... Thank you. ♥️🇨🇦 Calgary Alberta.
thanks for sharing your flax egg experiencing and noting to use only 1....I would have naturally gone to two. I really appreciate the banana-free option because my crew mysteriously doesn't like banana in their pancakes.
Excelente receta; me quedaron deliciosos. Nunca había conocida pancake. Como tengo diabetes tipo 2 he decidido buscar alternativas que no incremente el nivel de azúcar en la sangre. Muchas Gracias por la información.
Hi Dani, since I have rosesea, I don’t tolerate cinnamon or bananas very well (will leave out cinnamon ) these pancakes are worth a try. Thanks for new way to make pancakes. 👍🏻😁
Thanks for the tips sunshine. I did not know that I could make oat flour. Awesome. These pancakes are perfect and l can't wait to try them. Thanks sunshine. 🌞🥰
1 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk (your choice) 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites or 1 chia/flax egg) 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup ⅔ cup oat flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon ⅓ cup pecans or walnuts or chocolate chips or diced apples or diced pears (your choice) Enjoy :)
I put these in my waffle maker and girl, these slapped! Perfectly sweet and helps the sweet tooth when it comes calling! Def gonna put this in rotation!
Made these this morning - amazing recipe!! Also nice to create different flavours e.g. chocolate chip, raisins, sunflower seeds etc. thumbs up from me👍

I love when you do your “little talks” about the mental part of nutrition. 💜
It’s true. You can’t focus on what you can’t eat. It just messes up your mindset.
Awe, I'm so glad you enjoy them! And I agree - so much is a mindset.
Same here! I always find i end up getting perfectionistic and obsessed with staying within the limits. Diet culture is scary
I add ground nutmeg, ground cloves, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in mine. I sometimes will add some of my protein powder in the batter for an extra protein boost.
That sounds delicious, Lori! Thanks for sharing.
These are all the ingredients i use for my protein shake.
I used water instead of almond milk and i forgot to put baking powder. I added blueberries and strawberries inside and it came out good. Thank you for this yummy recipe
