The mother is numb and angry. She seems so drained and tired. I feel so heartbroken for her. The system let her and the beautiful daughter down. The judge needs to go and seek help.

Court judge should be in jail. Send both parents to get help but didnt check the results of both n found out father is over anger etc n they act fast proctecting of the child.

Need proof? Look through TH-cam channels named “daily great reviews every day” and I made TH-cam videos with her.
He said to my dad on text if they could come over before the scene happend... thank god my mom said no, she knew something was up. He probably would’ve killed me too.

Medications can do that as well. I've seen her cry. She cries alot that little girl was so loved. Anyone who makes a judgement on this poor woman after she's been through so much is obviously sick in the head.
Medications doctors give you after such an event can dull your senses so you can function. I know this is what doctors have done for me. My son died 10 years ago as a baby and a year later his sister. Our only remaining child is dying of cancer. I see a woman who is so broken-hearted the tears just aren't there anymore.

People on here are treating and discussing this man as if he was normal. He wasn't. I believe he absolutely loved his daughter. He wanted to leave this world and take her with him. That's generally how murder suicide works. He was a selfish monster and all that was implied with that list of mental disorders. The stepfather loved that little girl as well but he was normal and able to be a human being about it. I'm obviously not defending the dad but to think that he didn't love his daughter is dangerous. He did what he did because he loved her and again, he wasn't normal.

Also exactly who in the “State” would you have her sue? No state agency was involved in their case. This was a adversarial domestic legal proceedings (plaintiff v. respondent) The judge was careless based on what the mother said in this interview and the info in the father’s mental health evaluation but you still cannot sue the judge. Could the judge have some implicit bias toward the mother? I don’t know kind of sounds like it. I hope the recall works or he is not re-elected to his seat if he is in an elected position. People who commit lesser offenses don't get visitation rights. If any of the evidence scarcely suggests child endangerment, then its fair the visitations should be supervised.

    • @JUNEBUG754
      @JUNEBUG754 4 ปีที่แล้ว +33

@• mankenntihn • You have to understand the judge knew the father had a history of violence, abuse, aggression, and drinking. If you watch the video it is stated that he strangled the mother of his child, and was acting physically abusive to his mom in front of his daughter, and the daughter did state she was scared of her father. It's probably just a different of opinion but it's important for judges to keep this instances in mind so others don't get hurt.

If what the mother and stepfather said was true. I bet if you looked into that judge he went through something similar himself like a bad divorce or something. Or possibly a history b of siding with fathers over mothers. Which is odd cause usually the justice system very VERY heavily favors the woman. The thing that was wrong to me s that he orders them to be mentally evaluated then when the dad turns out to be worse than the mother he just ignored it. If the diagnosis had been flipped he probably would of given the father sole custody with only few supervised visits for the mother.

Exactly, guess what would have changed in Kayden’s case, if she had not seen her dad unsupervised? Yes, she would live!! It is the courts obligation to clarify contentious claims, not to ignore them and hope for the best - that’s not law! Neither is it lawful to count one lost life against many improved lives. Before that, he shoved me, mentally, emotionally, and physically abused me, and so much more that I don't remember but have proof of. I was told because most of the threats came online and through text, I wasn't at risk. Someone on my behalf went and told him if he touched me or reached out to me again, he'd be arrested (I have a second cousin who is a former state trooper, he would've made sure at least the state got him temporarily).

No it isn't unless youre severely dehydrated or your tear ducts are clogged. This is what is systemically wrong with the U.S. . People are convinced by affluenza & appearances and do not look at or judge the big picture and the roles each person played. This women drove her unstable husband to desperation in her attempt to recreate her fairytale world with a new man and forgetting the rights and needs of the little girl and her real daddy. I see mom as a culpable villain here too that did not make decisions on what was best for her daughter or she would not have tried to "replace" daddy and pretend its a real family. I assure you, she violated her child by forcing her & everyone into an unnatural situation. This divorce and step-parent situation is creating these nightmares for everyone everywhere & its the children who suffer unless we can find a way to really snatch them out of the fire & let the birth parents suffer their own tragedies instead of hoisting the consequences upon the children. .

That system is going to end because it is destroying everyone. I promote laws where if parents get divorced it will be illegal to remarry or live with another mate until the children are 18 years old and that no child shall ever be forced to leave their home for any visitation. Only one parent can be named as custodial parent and the other one can work and both parents shall raise the children and if not, go to jail until the child is 18. Let the parents suffer instead of the children. The system we have now absolutely destroys children, violates their human rights and is cruel and unusual. I'm saying both parents are culpable when they try to go about life as though the real parent didn't exist. People aren't trash you can just disgard and then move along. Often it is not just our broken system, but family members that stand in the way. My father threatened us for years after the divorce. I spent my teen years helping support my five siblings and looking over my shoulder constantly. He went on to marry another woman, and abused her and their three children. His family supposedly stepped up and took custody, allowing him to take the children from their home anytime. It is sad and sickening that courts are not more in tune with mental health issues today. I did learn a lesson on my job, years later, and would quote it to every battered or abused woman I came across: You never divorce the same person you married. Any thing you thought about them before, dump those ideas.

The problem is; if you automatically attach disorders to people (men) when they are convicted of a crime, it doesnt mean anything. It is a testimony to how awfull diagnostics are in the psychological realm. Heck i could expand by pointing at various 'tests' and how flawed they are, but if it doesnt mean anything to you that an entire category of people AUTOMATICALLY get these disorders, then thats not going to help you understand anything.
And if you do that automatically, you are going to be wrong a whole lot of times. And that then means there is no understanding of what brought someone to something.
And that then means you are not contributing at all in preventing such things...
The reason for that is sheer political. Because the entire sector is left idiots, which by definition party with women, opposing men.
The fact he killed his daughter, doesnt prove it right, you utter idiot. On the contrary, these cases are hardly ever men that are narcissistic or anti social.

Andrew Gabriel Yo, dummy definitely not a judge that doesn't know the family/child or what the situation is. The parents should decide and if one of the parents is not fit to, the parent that is fit should be able to. And if neither parent is, then the grandparents should, but it should be someone that knows the child well and one that the child trusts, so that person can inform the judge and give a story as to the situation so then the judge can make a sound, reasonable, beneficial choice for the child, so this tragedy doesn't ever happen. I have had an experience like this but no murder, with my sister, her ex husband and my nephew and if the judge would have only talked to my nephew and what parent he wanted to be with and trust the most, my nephew wouldn't have been living in squalor and abuse for years. But because the judge "thought" he knew best for my nephew, he put him into abuse and if the judge got off his high horse and listened for once my nephew could have been living with the parent that cherished him and cared for him. Instead he was put with the parent who only used him to get child support money for themselves and to use him for manipulation on others. Sorry not to be a jerk or have a long comment, I just wanted to get a point across and educate.

@Pink AK War isn't murder. In war too opposed sides are fighting against each other. If you don't kill your enemy first they'll kill you. This, of course, only applies to combatants. Intentional killing of non-combatants is murder as they pose little to no real threat.
Murder is when someone who is in complete control of their actions (not being ordered to fight like a conscript would be) kills another person who posted no real or imagined threat for their own personal gain. Killing in self defense, defense of another, or while not in control of one's actions (high, insane, or as I said earlier being conscripted into a war) do not count as murder because there was no other option.

Nice definition, very convenient...war is murder, it's two sides, trying to murder each other, first.
...no man-made definition justifies it, nor changes that fact.
Murder is taking a life, with intent...war most certainly qualifies.
...not even self-defense can be used, the intent was always there.

I agree that given his record THIS man shouldn't have been anywhere near his daughter. But statistically speaking, most child abuse is done by women (seriously if your big on facts look it up). Also, even accounting for economic factors, children are better off with a father at least somewhat present in their life. so if you ask me, kids belong just as much with the dad as the mom.

This was almost my story with my son. My ex was incredibly abusive to me, had a violent history, mental issues that he wasn’t seeking treatment for, and they gave him unsupervised visitation. My son has many medical issues including a bleeding disorder. We had called child services and police 3 times for leaving marks on my child, they did nothing. It wasn’t until he gave him a black eye that they finally did something. He missed half the supervised visits and eventually lost his rights to my child. My son has suffered so many years from what he had gone through from him. He won’t even open up in therapy.

Robyn Daniels Technically, you’re right, but he had “narcissistic and psychopathic traits” and I suspect he would have been diagnosed with one or the other upon further evaluation. All that means is he didn’t tick off enough boxes to be diagnosed quite yet, but probably would have demonstrated them in further sessions. Narcissists and psychopaths are sneaky. Unlike those with other mental disorders, people with personality disorders (aside from ones with BPD) generally aren’t forthcoming about their symptoms, which makes them harder to diagnose.
Things get deadly when you add a mood disorder to someone with these traits because they will be more likely to violently lash out, often out of entitlement

As long as he was free and not behind bars, he was going to find a way to destroy that family. Sad that these “people” won’t just kill themselves and leave others
I’m unable to create and build a beautiful child and people out there kill theirs.

The part where she said they are protecting his right as a parent over her life hits me hard. The system does need to change.

*Looking at how drained and lost that mother was just reminded me of my mom when my youngest sister died.* *She turned into a totally different person...* *A few years later I thought she was getting back on track but I was very, very wrong.* *Combined with other factors going on in her life physically, mentally, emotionally etc... My mother committed sucicide and left my other sister and I after years of suffering.* *I was angry for a long time, I couldn't find it in me to forgive her.* *Not necessarily for me but for my sister (there was 3 of us) she's still very young and needs her mom, and I wasn't prepared to take care of a teenager.* *But eventually I forgave her because I realized how much pain she was living in everyday, I remembered.* *She was a literal zombie* *she still had us, but idk, I don't have children so I'm not sure what it is to lose one.*

@ Thanks for your comment... it's funny you saw this and wrote.. today or technically tomorrow is the anniversary of her death. Today was the last day I saw her alive so I kind of think of it as her last day sometimes. But again thank you for taking the time to write. :)

@@brontasaurus2560 Thank you for this. Was having a pretty rough day so it was nice to hear... it's definitely hard hard being a "single parent" when the kid isn't even yours to begin with. So again thank you I hope you're doing well in this crazy world we live in. ❤

I have 3 kids. I don't know how I could exist if, God forbid, anything were to happen that would cause the loss of any of them. My aunt lost 2 children during her life. One was an adult who had a heart attack. That's sad, but he was an adult, and it was just a sort of random thing. Nut the other though was murdered by a neighbor at 12 years old. I honestly don't know how she survived losing her daughter that way.
K know I'd probably self destruct in that situation. The pain would be too much to stand. My kids are all individuals but as a mom they feel connected and like a unit. I would feel like I was missing a part of my soul without any 1 of them. I would try to carry on but IDK how I could manage. I'm sorry for your losses, your sibling and your mom.
