@@NNabawiYT if you are court ordered not to contact someone, knowing full well that that person is frightened of you, contacting them damn well is abuse, and is a control tactic that many abusers use.. sending texts, emails, letters.. doing drive by's past their house.. it's all designed to get to the person, make them think that their abuser is still out there, and damn the protection order, they aren't safe.

Courts have to stop trying to force children to have a relationship with a parent if they don’t want to have one, bottom line. Just stop, if the kids want a relationship they will make it happen.

the thing is . if you are under 18 under law you have to have a guardian you are a child. and because a child cannot initially care for themselves because some can’t drive or have a job depending on age you have no way to survive. so if you’re over 18 you’re not a child they have no say.

@@j.w6777 The guardian can be anyone actually who signs a paper and accepts to be a legal guardian. The guardian doesn’t have to be a father or mother or a relative even. It depends on the state or the country but I had a local legal guardian, wasn’t a relative or mom or dad because I was in a boarding school in a foreign country. All these could have been avoided if these supporters of the mother signed a paper to say they would be a legal guardian for these girls. They were like 16/17 only a year or so away from not needing one. The mother didn’t play the legal cards right and she ended up paying for it and the girls too. Must have been devastating for the girls and the children…

My children had rights at the age of 10 years old. We lived in NewYork at the time. My youngest son told his laywer guardian that if he has to go with his father to see him one more time he was going to jump out the 5th floor window and kill himself. I had no idea that was said into we was in court and his law guardian told this to the judge. The judge immediately gave all three of my children optional visits and thankfully everyone is safe. That was the last time they ever seen their abusive father. My three children are now 27,23,21. They are all I’m still in college getting their degrees. My youngest son is studying to be a psychiatrist.

She's probably in prison for the disappearance of the children because of those brainwashing charges i.e. they may have believed that she told the children to run away, or brainwashed them into running away on their own.

You were lucky, many aren't getting the choice. Unfortunately, this "parental alienation" bullshit is getting weaponized against abuse victims and we often are forced to live with or visit seriously abusive parents because we are so "brainwashed" and can't possibly think on our own or know that we are being hit and screamed on. Because poor poor grown-up ass dad and his fee-fees are probably more important, can't even risk the slightest chance of him being sad because of such unfairness, let's rather risk the kids and mums being hurt or even killed, as it happens all too often.

Wouldn’t they tell the judge/police/whoever if they were being hit or their mother was being abused? Didn’t the police find it odd that the father kept breaking the court ordered order of protection? Did the mother have an order of protection? I hate when the news covers a story and all they do is raise more questions.

    • @MetalSStar196

The mom went to jail for alienating her children from the husband by allegating that he was abusing her and proceeded to press charges against him, false charges of physical and psychological abuse (a very serious offense, warranting arrest and jail time.) That's the gist of it.
As for the full custody by the father, David, that is perfectly understandable considering the therapists and experts didn't find any behavioral or psychological evidence pointing towards David being physically and psychologically abusive to all his children and his own wife.
In conclusion, it can be gathered that the mum is quite manipulative, albeit while being not self-aware of the fact that what she fears is not actually the case. On a side note, I personally think that the mother is a little cuckoo as I have observed this behaviour in an old high school friend of mine who literally has no self-awareness, whether it be about her behaviour or the whining in her voice.

This is horrifying. Something is not right with this story and MN family courts. My own attorney advised me (I live in Minnesota as well) to not discuss the emotional and physical abuse of my marriage because it could be interpreted as parental alienation. Thankfully, I retain custody of our children the majority of the time. He is supposed to get 1 weekend a month which he rarely exercises as well as 4 weeks in the summer which usually ends up being a week. There is something odd about family courts not wanting to know about emotional and physical abuse. The fact that my ex rarely sees his children and rarely exercises his phone time is a form of emotional abuse in and of itself. Yet the courts don't care, they just want parenting time on the books claiming it is in the best interest of the children. My children at 13 and 15 recognize and understand the things their Dad does and says as abusive. They suffer the consequences of a court system that can easily rip a child from their primary caregiver that does not abuse them simply because that parent brings up the abuse that is the reason for the breakdown of the marriage.

We know of a case in MN where a young boy was left in a bad foster care situation when an Aunt and Uncle wanted to adopt the boy and give him a stable home. The family court thought it was better for the boy to be where he was. He wasn't abused as in hit etc. but he was neglected and surrounded by shady situations. The foster care woman did it for money. She wanted the boy gone every weekend so she could have weekend foster car of other kids, for extra money. She didn't care where the boy went. It was a mess.

One would think there would be dr. reports on broken bones, was there? If there was, then that would seem to be proof, even if they weren't reported as results of abuse... Also, the girls were missing for 'years'? That means that they should be getting close to legal age to make decisions for themselves.. If they want to see their mom, then they should be able to... There was no mention or interviews of the younger 3 siblings views of the homelife. Just a LOT missing from this story.

They would actually see that she was kinda psychotic. They went to court for custody and my brother was granted certain days to be with their child. She would ignore his calls on the day hes supposed to get the child. He would show up to her house, because it was his day to get their child, and she would call the police saying hes harassing her. She is something else

No it actually doesn't say why the judge granted full custody to the dad and none at all to mother. All it said was the judge said there was no evidence to the serious allegations on the father. But that's not a reason to take a mother's children away because you can't find evidence of someone else... All this happened before the girls disappears too so that has nothing to do with it yet either. The judge literally just took the moms right as a mother away when all the kids said themselves they'd rather be woth her too. It makes no sense to me why it wouldn't of been joint custody.

I read up on this because this video left me super confused so, here goes for anyone wondering.
    1) The mother is in jail for interfering with custodial rights (because she drove the girls to that ranch) she had 6 felony charges of custodial interference. NOT for "false accusations" or for "parental alienation"
    2) Samantha called her mother from the bathroom the night that they were told they were going to live with their aunt, asking her mother to come get her. She convinced her sister to come along and they ran outside barefoot - across the snow, which is why there are footprints - into the moms car. She then took them to the ranch.
    3) The girls did not recant their claims of abuse. They are living with their father but they don't have a relationship with him.
    4) The girls both hold to their claim that the judge, therapists and guardian ad litem (child advocate) were negligent and didn't listen to them and made terrible decisions in the court case.
    5) This video doesn't mention an interview with a detective by one of the girls where she made it very clearly that she was scared of her father, didn't want to live there, that the home was filled with violence and abuse, etc. The judge did not allow this interview to be admitted as evidence in the court hearing.
    6) It is VERY common for fathers to be awarded soul, legal custody - even in cases where abuse is documented, much less where abuse is testified but the court refuses to consider it evidence. It's incredibly negligent, but not unheard of.
    7) I guess they hid 'in plain sight' because they went into public regularly, used their real names and made no attempts to hide their identities or pretend to be someone else - they just didn't want to go home or live with their father.

Yep. Check outa channel called, "Inner Integration". Just because there aren't visible scars, doesn't mean there isn't abuse going on. FAR too often, emotional/psychological abuse by the hands of these con artist, master manipulators & absolute liars (as, imho the husband is) goes unnoticed, unrecognized or..... unbelieved. Sometimes, it can even be less obvious & covert.... gaslighting, cognitive dissonance, devaluing... The push pull cycle is enough to drive anyone insane wondering what the hell is going on. The EXACT reason that after 20 yrs, I had to spend nearly 6 more grey-rocking trying to escape what others saw as a loud but charming... overly helpful.... hard working.... narcissistic, abusive sociopath. Even once I left, I've spent the past year & a half hiding, letting no one know where I'm at. He's STILL smearing me (& our teenage, now adult THANKFULLY... son) all over social media,. He tries to reach out to friends, family, even has friends do it.... w/ fake 'insurance reps, doctors" to try & get info on where we are... He has people send msgs on FB, strangers... telling me what a horrible excuse of a mother I am.. When all I was, was a dedicated, loving, faithful woman & wife of his, since HS!! All, while he lived this Jekkyl/Hyde double/triple/who knows life, lying cheating... Hell, it was ALL a lie. Most things I didn't even realize or find out about until after he was gone. So crazy.... I don't drink, don't do drugs, never had even a ticket..... But I have NO DOUBT I would have been dragged through the courts, my son, somehow, taken away from me. As it was, him knowing he had cleared our accounts, took the car, everything in the house was just gone one day... he ran out & filed for divorce knowing I'd have no way to even get there. He paid no child support, zero alimony.... no splitting of pensions, nothing. I still don't know how he pulled that off. Regardless, my son & I are here, alive... still digging out, but healing.. He can never hurt us again! He will never have a relationship w/ his son... ESP after seeing what his dad has been posting online about him, etc.... =/ It's so unfortunate these people can manipulate the courts... the therapists... idk why they cannot recognize the, seemingly.... (based on what I've seen of the case ,etc. anyway) obvious con job he's doing. AND that they blame her. =/ Sorry for the rant, guess I needed to get that out... to someone. ;) Be well. Hope they are all doing ok, better.... healing somehow.

Judges can't rule against someone in the complete absence of evidence. Even if the guy is 100% guilty of the accusations, our courts are evidence-based and any other ruling would be judicial misconduct. In this particular case, I would say the judge had the right general idea, as there is little question that the mother was involved in abducting the girls from the father's legal custody. That really calls her credibility and motives into question.
Consider, for instance, that if the girls weren't secluded from their father and the court, that they could have been deposed under oath in order to get their personal accounts of what life with him was like. You would expect a mother concerned for their welfare to do everything possible to document his behavior, not to _prevent_ its documentation. For that matter, we know they had the capacity to record video in their home, probably via cell phones... if Dad was so volatile, why was there no easily-recorded video of it? Sorry, but this woman's story is extremely fishy, at least as presented.
Also, I challenge you to watch her eyes when the reporter questions her and then tell me that she is telling the truth. Maybe he's just a better liar than she is, but I know which one of them sets off my instinctive lie detector.

Always saying she didn't want us, how she was a drug addict, and lived in bad neighborhoods. My brother and I didn't remember it like that whatsoever. Because that wasn't the truth. We missed her so much. We knew she loved us. We couldn't wait to be 18 to go look for her. Well, when my brother was 20, I was almost 17, he picked me up from school and told me he found our mom. I picked up my $80.00 paycheck from my part time job and, me, my brother and his girlfriend headed out of state.
I ran away, and I knew it was wrong and I faced charges because of it, but, I didn't care. It was for the right reason and I'd do it again if I had to.
Our mom proved she had looked for us. She had boxes of presents she saved from our missed birthdays and Christmas'. She had so much proof that everything we were told in mad attempts at brainwashing were false. I never doubted my mom. I'm 4o years old now. My mom was my very best friend from the day we reunited til the day she passed away in 2011. From 17-33 years old I never ever seen anything to make me believe those 10 years without her is justified. She put us before anyone and anything. I don't know why it all happened to our family.
It gave my brother and I issues throughout our adulthood. I developed social and personality disorders, as well as anxiety disorders. I'm the first person that will say people shouldn't blame their faults and misfortunes on their childhood. However, I've been to many doctors who've all explained the science behind mental and emotional abuse and what it does to our psyche as children. It changes who you are. It changed who I was supposed to be.
Idk why I felt the need to tell a little part of my life on such a public forum, but, I did.
And, my opinion about the mother/father/2 "runaway" girls.. I don't understand why most people here are not believing the dad. I do. I do not believe the mom. I didn't live there nor sit in during court hearings to gain a stronger opinion, but, I feel like a good judge of character by what I saw in these interviews
The father didn't try looking away while talking. i don't know why so many ppl say he did. I noticed the mom was the shadiest of all.

I'm so sorry about your childhood! No child should be ripped away from either parent like that or denied the ability to see them when they miss them so much. As for the mental abuse you suffered, a parent only in it for themselves can do SO MUCH damage. My ex had partial custody of our daughter because he claimed he wanted to be in her life. He specified in our custody documents that I was not to speak ill of him and I honored that by never mentioning him in my daughter's presence unless it was time to go to her dad's. We just didn't talk about her life with him and his new wife. What I didn't know was that they told my daughter I was a whore who cheated on him (I was celibate for 10 years after that man because of the trauma he put me through and I certainly didn't cheat on him), that I was selfish and didn't buy nice things for our daughter or take her on vacations because I kept all the child support money for myself (he left me in $10,000 of debt charging my credit card up buying furniture for his house then told me I couldn't have anything in the house, even my clothes and childhood furniture... and I barely had any child support nor did I ever take him to court to get it re-evaluated when he was making 6 figures and I was scraping by trying to pay off that debt), and a slew of other horrible things that made her resent and disrespect me and made her unable to have healthy relationships. Once she was older and began to see through his lies and suffer his mental abuse she started to break down. She was finally diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and depression at 19. We've had a lot of talks about reality vs the false reality her dad created for her and I can't understand what benefit he saw to warp her from age 5. Her childhood perceptions and experiences are forever skewed and I can't help her get those back or see that we actually love her. Parents who put their children through these traumas are not loving... they are selfish and hateful.

Yeah the mom seem very manipulative. YOu can tell liars by the way they answer questions. They never give direct answers. For an example the reporter asks "What did he do?" She said "Throw things, hammers at me if he got mad".................Now this is the answer of someone who is actually abused. Reporter: "What did he do?" One time he threw a hammer at me and it hit me right here( Points at spot)." So based on her shady answer it's clear that the Dad did in fact throw a hammer but more than likely he was upset at something and was letting his frustration out and threw the hammer (not at her) but in her mind it became "He threw the hammer at me"
The she said "There was black eyes and broken ribs".........................This is the answer of someone who was actually abused, "He gave me a black eye..........he broke one of my ribs".......You see the difference. A liar always try to leave themselves out the answer and generalize it to make you think it's about them directly.
Then she said "We had to lock our selves in the bedroom because we were scared"...............Scared of what? You never truly said he actually abused you. This how an abused person would respond. "We locked ourselves in the bedroom because we were afraid he'll hit me again"
The reporter ask "How often did that happen" She respond "Once is more than enough.............it happened alot"........................So that means it basically happened once. Someone who truly was abused would answer. "It happened muliple times" and then go on to name another time it happened. Physical abuse isn't something you just forget. Growing up I remember vividly when I got whoppings from my father and the reason why?I can recount a number of times he beat us. So for her answers to be so vague it clearly shows that shes not telling the truth.
Another thing to think about is that they had other children in the home. More than likely if the police was called over 20 times as she claims then they would've interviewed the other children to see if all there stories match up. There were obviously discrepancy in the children story because the other children were too young and innocent to actually lie to the police. It was 5 of them after all.
Also she was married 20 years before filing for divorce???? If he was SOOOO abusive why wait so long to file for divorce. Nothing was stopping you. To many holes in this story. and shes not a good liar.
The reason I know all these things is that I used to be a pathological liar myself and I would take note of myself liying and fix it to be more convincing to fool others. I became so good at it that it's easy for me to spot liars because they have the same characteristics I had. I don't lie anymore because God don't like that but I still know how to.

I agree with you. What mother in her right mind takes her daughters, drop them somewhere....and not come back...not even to check on them! OMG, I'm a mother of 3 adult kids now, I was mom & dad, and I still check on my babies to make sure they're okay, and when they need to talk or vent, they come home and we spent hours talking and sharing experiences. I was never a friend to my kids while they were growing up. I was a MOM, that's what they need it.
Thank you for sharing your story. May God & the Universe always shine upon you & your brother.

If he was this abusive, especially toward his two older daughters who were old enough to understand it was wrong, she had all the right to get them away from him. She is doing anything she can to keep them safe. She didnt run off with them, that would be crazy and reckless. She brought them somewhere she knew they would be safe from him. This is all speculation as this case was super fuzzy. But besides what your beliefs are on the matter, she did the right thing if she was truely trying to keep them safe from him.

      @AznBarbieStick 8 ปีที่แล้ว +14

InfanitlyGaming so if someone never lays a hand on you, you can still believe they have just by being told that a lot? doesn't make sense to me lol. and idk there wasn't a statement from them claiming that they're happy now. and even if there is i mean i only watched this video so i'm basing my opinion on that.

    • @xxtaylorcheerjbhsxx
      @xxtaylorcheerjbhsxx 8 ปีที่แล้ว +16

I honestly haven't done enough digging to know who I would believe yet. Based on this video, I would say that the mother did, in fact, brain wash the children. And believe it or not, it's a thing. There have been times during a nasty divorce, that one of the spouses would use their children to fire at their ex-partner. Brainwashing and coaching are sadly more common than you think. Especially with young children. (P.S.- I watch a lot of Dr. Phil)

    • @AznBarbieStick
      @AznBarbieStick 8 ปีที่แล้ว +8

Taylor Leigh lol i watch a lot of dr phil too (on youtube). so i'm familiar with that. but thinking back to one of his videos, there was a woman who was trying to coach and train her daughters to believe their father was a child molester. but even after her attempts, when the children were interviewed, they said they did not believe their mother. so i'm just comparing it to that lol.

No it is not suspicious. In order for a judge to convict anyone there needs to be evidence. What someone says can persuade but without any evidence to back up what they are saying it is hearsay. And parents can very easily persuade their children to believe something that is not true especially at a younger age. Wow! Wow! Corruption is exactly what I see and can sense. And I can tell you...just by hearing tidbits of the actual story and looking into the eyes of the participants, that there was cahoots going on and it was not with this mother. If anything, you can seriously tell that she was really frightened for her children and tried to help the two eldest daughters to get away from the environment and not the father himself. As we all know, children are suppose to be happy and not absorb anything negative. If they do, it can
have quite the negative impact on them and in their day to day lives. And I should know more than anyone! I'm a subject of my parent's divorce and was deeply affected by it. And I know well of what those effects are and it took me many years to understand that none of it was due to my behalf. It was a fight between good and evil, the ability to survive and the ability to be not killed, and etc. For one, no evidence your honor?! Tapes, police records, restraining orders, and witnesses; Two of them are young adults of the fighting couple in question. What you did do was to get child activists and Psychologists to interview the girls for the truth behind the allegations. However, child activists and Psychologists are known to use mind bending techniques to get to the truth and they are just as corrupted as anything and everything that is flawed. Of course, they are sworn to tell you their truthful findings and yet, their findings is so-so. But, what you didn't do, you didn't examine any of the evidence until it was nearing the end of the case in which you render your verdict. And in an instant, you didn't see anything! What did you expect to find?! Her dead body?! Or is it the kids dead body?! Bruising is easy and simple! Is that it?! What?! Records of doctor visits?! Emergency contacts?! All you did is to look into the eyes of this man and figured that he's a gentle giant, how could he sound so menacing and do these things. Then, you looked at the mother and figured....oh, she doesn't look like an angel, she's a inkling in disguise. She more likely to do this kind of thing than him. And then you point the finger at her; she's the instigator, tosses her out of the house, takes the children away from her and had the aunt to raise them for a while, but then, she's in jail and now, she's not allowed to have no contact with her two eldest daughters ever. She can see the other kids and visit them but, not the daughters. And I can tell you now, all of this was planned and plotted by him just so he can have some sense of security. Bravo! Bravo! You really did your job....not! You became too sympathetic and he took an advantage of that. Men are masters when it comes to that dark side of them. They hide it and they hide it well. I know this too! And he will be back there again. Just wait for the next one, he'll strike when no one suspects it. And one more thing, he is not going to let those girls see their mother ever! If anything, he will most likely take them to their grandma or someone similar but, I seriously doubt that he is going to let those girls see their mother. And this poor woman has to live her life in constant scrutiny and in check because she will be watched closely. No room to maneuver and freedom at a price, and controlled, just the way he likes it! Talking about a narcissist to the tenth power! And far as those girls doing well...whose words are those? His's?! It's laughable!

This is not what was in the title. Them going missing felt more like a sideshow to the main story which was the mother and her being inprisoned for potentially brainwashing her own children... I mean what the fuck one of the parents clearly has their children being taken care of by someone they trust.

    wait, wait....
they talked to the two girls _right there_, on live television, knowing about _everything_ that was going on, *_AND THEN FUCKING LET THEM DISAPPEAR AGAIN._*
    this seems a bit dodgy.
and lowkey don't trust the mum tbh.

Lenkaa :3 She was abused for twenty years, had to go to jail for reasons the news network won't tell the audience, (which is sketchy af) lost any kind of contact with her daughters just to find out, WHOOP, they're WITH THE ABUSER, and even though the man couldn't get evicted without enough evidence, they arrested her no problem. But yeah, her makeups a little "creepy," that should somehow makes HER the bad guy in this idiotic situation 😒

Caelin lé Kiwi • no one said anything about her makeup. we just don't trust her. personally, i don't trust her because of the things she was saying, the way she said them, her facial expressions etc. it all seemed sketchy to me. how do you know the abusing thing was true anyway? it could have been a massive lie. trust is about instinct, and i said that i don't trust her because that's the feeling that i got. stop trying to back up our opinions with these 'facts'.

This is why women get killed and young women end up in abusive relationships. The child should have been interviewed by psychologist. SMH.

Kasey because maybe courts always favor mothers? There is NO evidence of abuse. Innocent until proven guilty. Obviously the mother put shit in their head.

they were interviewed by therapists and they said they were diagnosed with parental alienation syndrome. which means the mom brain washed her children and unfortunately it happens alot
