WhatsApp Verification Code Not Received - Time Limit Problem

Let's get your WhatsApp verification code working if you're not receiving it because of a time limit issue.
WhatsApp will send you a verification code if you need to reset your password or you've enabled two-factor authentication. If you're trying to login to WhatsApp and forgot your password but aren't getting the code texted to you, you can follow these steps. You will want to adjust the message settings on your iPhone or Android but also choose the call me option if the text doesn't come through. This will allow you to enter in the new code and login to WhatsApp again so you can text and call people.

Hi, I'm trying to activate WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business on two different Android phones using sim cards from a foreign country. I have done this successfully before, but this time it isn't working. I've watched numerous videos trying to solve this and have tried all of the suggestions: granting all permissions, clearing data, uninstalling & reinstalling app, restarting phone, and resetting date/time (to circumvent the wait, which has stopped working; now I only get "resend SMS in X hours").

What if the *call me* didn't appear just the *resend sms* only can be seen,. Because this happen to me,I already try the method you given and it doesn't not work ,when I try click on *resend sms* it says you try to many time and have to wait ++hours.
