- Inspired by that popular beach photo floating around Pinterest and complete with a custom designed soap making stamp, this soap is the only new Artisan design for this month's collection. It also makes a cool use of extra soap scraps I had around!

I'm in agreement with others, please leave your A/C on! Most times when creators say it's so noisy, i'm sorry, it's actually barely audible. Your health and comfort is FAR more important. And especially in Texas, we don't want you potentially making yourselves sick just to avoid some noise.
My computer fan is generally louder than any AC noise people always complain about in videos, lol
Agreed. Lots of ASMRtists apologise for background noise in their videos, but I never hear any and I always use headphones, and those people have SUPER sensitive mics. And even if we could hear the AC, it would just turn into white noise after a few seconds anyway.

Not interested in making soaps. Not interested in how soap is made. Can’t buy scented soaps because well allergies are horrific. Don’t even use bar soap, I use liquid soap. Never searched for these videos or this channel. Yet, here I am entertained as heck like 15 videos in just because you’re so fun to watch and so dang entertaining! I actually started making soap because of allergies to most scents, And store bought liquid soaps made me itch like crazy and left my skin very dry and flaky. I have found that by using natural essential oils and fragrances designed specifically for soap making that there are now very few scents that I still can not tolerate.. Also if you have extreme allergies beware of soaps with Camille is them. I love Camille teas but in soap it makes me itchy. Since I have been using cold process soap my skin is very soft and I hardly ever use lotion, and only when I make my own with natural oils so no added chemicals.

I use bar soap for my body when i take a shower and hardly use lotion too! I love pretty soaps, but i would be so terrified to use it because it would be too pretty and i wouldnt want to use it all up.... 😅 i am only alergic to the chemicals in soap

I just want to say, thank you for not wearing makeup sometimes, weirdly even though I'm older than you (only by one year!), Seeing you not wear makeup really helped me with my own makeup journey where I barely wear it anymore. Mostly because I hated looking at my face without it. But seeing you be so happy and confident without makeup - on camera, in a time where it feels so difficult not to compare yourself to everyone you see online. It just feels magic. Like hey we're all normal, and this is what faces look like and that's cool.

She looks great without make up. Sick of seeing fake people hiding behind twenty layers of makeup, so much so that they don't look like their original selves.
I know at first when I quit wearing make-up my face was a bit pasty looking because it was always covered from the sunlight, but it doesn't take long before the natural glow comes through and you'll wonder why you ever bothered in the first place. Also, I do use my soap on my face it is so refreshing and leaves my skin soft. I would never use anything else on my face now.

Right! I really hate the more famous channels because their energy is too crazy and so chaotic. They’re so focused on getting views and appealing a certain way and it’s so annoying. This channel is so much better, she cares about her viewers and being original rather than focusing on getting views.

Thank you for not wearing makeup. I'm 62 and have to give makeup 3 years ago, because I'm so allergic to it , makes sore's on my skin around my eyes. So it's nice that you where encouraging, it's okay to not wear it on camera. Great video as always. Look forward to every Wednesday and Saturday.

I don't wear makeup to work so my girl students can see that it's ok to just be yourself! I'm a high school teacher and I always get asked by my girls why I don't wear it often, I always tell them that I'm confident in my skin just like they can be too
the idea of a teacher who doesnt wear make up every single day blows my mind and makes me feel like i missed out. all of my woman teachers wore make up and even though they always looked nice it wouldve been great to see a bare face every now and then!

I tried wearing makeup regularly when I was younger. I came to the conclusion that I don't care for it most of the time and that's ok. Very freeing.

I love your honesty about 3rd party kits. It’s very apparent that while, yes- this is a business for you and your family, that you truly love what you do. It is that love for the craft of soap making, and your down to earth persona that is going to make you an awesome teacher. You taught Lily to make soap, you can teach us too! Your eyes stand out more without makeup. Crazy. Even though you look great with it too. I've struggled with acne more as an adult than I did as a teen. I'm 36 and still deal with it... it's gotten better since I've been using aveeno products.. only! But at night after washing, I use 51%IPA to pull out more dirt... then my anti aging night cream. So far I've been clear!!!!

I think you started appearing on my recommended because of that Safiya's video, which I never saw, but it may have served as a surfacing tool for the algorithm.
Surfing is like... This euphoric feeling. I've lived at the beach since I was a baby and surfing was just what we did. Paddling out past the break can be really frustrating sometimes but getting that good wave and dropping into it is such a rush and I'd take it over drugs or alcohol any day. It's fulfilling, it's exciting, it's calming, it's so incredibly amazing. I miss it a lot. Living in the city isn't the same and I'd so anything to go back🌊💛

Your TH-cam milestone, your blow out sale, your buisiness going well, your new teaching venture and your conscous decision to embrace your natural beauty. if you hadn't said anything about the makeup I wouldn't have noticed. I am nearly 60 years old and have never worn makeup due to severe allergies and I think it has really helped my skin. Many people say I look much younger than my peers and I whole heartedly believe it is because I have put nothing on my skin besides a medicated cleanser and sunscreen.

I had terrible acne, it showed up when I turned 20 & stayed for many years. My self esteem was never lower, I was paranoid about making my nieces & nephews sick because “what if they touched my oozing face & put their fingers in their mouths?” I didn’t want to go anywhere or see anyone & makeup wasn’t something that I knew how to do. It almost certainly wouldn’t have worked anyway because the leaking was so severe. You’re doing a brave & noble thing. THANK YOU from those of us who’re lucky enough to look back at our bad skin & GOOD LUCK to anyone in the thick of it ❤️

Bruh same, had something that I still can’t describe swim up against my leg and around me as a kid (did not look like a normal fish at all) closest I can do is boogie boarding with help from someone to get back to shore and keeping almost my entire body out of the water

Aw you're so sweet being disappointed with us! Yes, I was there a minute after it opened, and sold out in seconds. And yes I thought it would be cool to get a bar, but I wasn't devastated. I just love your energy and watching your videos is special enough for me
When I was 17 (almost a decade ago) me and my family went to the Gulf Coast of Florida over summer break and my dad taught me how to body surf. I was shockingly good at it!

I've been surfing once as part of a summer camp when I was a teenager. We were only out there for a few hours. I was very happy with myself for managing to get my feet under me with the board out on the water, even if I only managed a second or two.
Purchased my very first shampoo bar ever from y'all this collection. I'm already in love! The amount of lather that comes from like 2 seconds of working with the bar-I've found a new obsession!!

You are awesome! I agree on the makeup. I remember "You are (20 something) you should be wearing makeup" years later and I prefer bareface. No one says that to a dude if they don't look perfect. Makeup should be something you do for joy not out of shame. I also don't subscribe to boy/girl rules so you all do you and be proud no matter who you are. Thank you for being brave enough to be yourself. You and your family deserve all your success. You all exemplify kindness, giving and grace. I went surfing once, got too close to the jetty so the hot life guard had to get me, and I tried to make small talk with him while he paddled us to shore, and then I peed in my wet suit (would not suggest, it does not leak out, it just becomes a second skin of pee.)

Have you tried eliminating foods. Wheat sugar and dairy are big causes. I had it too at age 30 and eating clean changed so much! 😃
What helped me was fresh aloe Vera
I washed my face with equal parts coconut oil and baking soda
Used paper towels to tap my face dry then I rubbed fresh aloe Vera juice
And changed my pillow case every day
I find that some shampoos and leaving makes me breakout
