    So awesome to have a technical explanation of how meditation works. Saying Navy SEALS do it motivates me as a guy to do it. Even though I already understand it from a self nurture perspective. May a 'pump up the male ego' approach works. Do women like Tom's explanation? And I like how he listen's to his body for breathing cycles
