How do you fish the skyway pier? I wanna get my daughter into fishing but I always never catch anything when I'm not on a boat. I don't need to catch dinner but if i catch a ton of pinfish, small snappers, ladyfish and such at least I know my daughter would go crazy and probably would be hooked (no pun intended).
The Skyway is a formidable opponent. Once you dial in the rock piles, it can be very rewarding. Also, Spanish mackerel are great to target in the spring and fall.
@@CaptainErikLIVE I fish the rock piles from the bait house on out. Only go on weekdays, too many people on weekends. I fish the out going tide during the solar/lunar feeding periods. Over the years I have found this to be the best.

Also depends on the time of day if you fish night time youll catch different fishes than the you catch in the day time
