    Bobby,the Netherlands...nice Gemmys u got there bro,acid works pretty nice! I use the muriatic as well,but more so to remove the calcite...keep rocking Martijn👍👊

      One day I'll try out muriatic acid if the citric acid isn't potent enough, but for now it's doing a great job. It probably doesn't get rid of calcite so that makes sense! Thank you for watching Bobby, and I'll try to keep them coming!

    You ever test the hardness of the stones

      I haven't yet, when there's doubt I should, just to confirm.

    Great information! But 3 minutes of intro is a bit much. Had to fast forward….

      I 100% agree with you. There are point I'd like to make in these informative video's, however my focus in recent video's has been to cut most of the "fat" out of it, and go straight to the point. Thank you for the feedback!

      To the maker of video, sometimes the "fat" in video is good and if your information is worthy of learning then they should ride it out and not complain. Just sayin. Have a safe day.

    How much citric acid powder to water?

    • @DutchmansAgates
      @DutchmansAgates  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I add a heaping tablespoon to that container, so about 2 tablespoons per liter or +/- 1/4 gallon. I hope it helps!

  • @tracylynn7435

    wonder if you can just use lemon juice 🤔

    • @DutchmansAgates
      @DutchmansAgates  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You absolutely can, I just use straight citric acid because it's easier to make a stronger or weaker solution.
