Obviously your GPS is not correct. I can tell by how slowly the road stripes are going by, and by cars passing you when you're supposedly going sixty mph. That's not sixty, more like 30 or 35. Might want to measure off a known distance, then time yourself over that distance, to get an accurate speed. Nevertheless, the e-bike you have is REALLY cool, and thanks to your videos, I'm going to build one very soon! It looks like a lot of fun!
Logan, if your GoPro isn't that old, you can use the speedometer overlay so that it shows your speed on the screen of the video for viewers to see. When that service truck passed you it makes it difficult to believe you can do 60 mph on your ebike. :-)
Got brakes? :) What kind of brakes are you using? Man, I pedaled 25mph down a little hill and I was thinking that's just way too fast to be going on a bicycle! But 60mph??? Your more brave than I am!!! Great video my friend! Be safe! ;)
74v battery your motor could probably go to 35-40a just up grade all conectors and shunt mod the controller youll have 45mph. for extreme modders upgrading phase cables and adding ferrofluid and heatsinks in the motor running 80a+ at 84v will get you 60-70mph. nice build tho and if you really want power look on endless sphere forums.
Do you have bolthru or dropout motor? I need boltthru motor and can't find any, It's for my kona stab and I'll be back packing a battery. Hope you have boltthru. The fuse holder on my 250w e bike melted, 10amp fuse on its limit at 10.4amps. Bike also accelerates faster since replacing it with a 30amp fuse.
in the bag or not they will still melt just throw when connectors and cables heat up you lose acceration and speed. use some 4mm bullets freom hobbyking
I don't know if you ever rode a motorcycle on the street before. You got to watch the 4 wheelers cause they won't watch you, you're hard to see moving that fast. Be safe and keep making cool stuff.
Wheels Holland I have, for years. I try, thanks :) EDIT: correction, I’ve had my motorcycle license for a year. My parents are too paranoid to let me ride, so I build these instead. But motorcycles are a favorite part of my life, and I’ve never wrecked one yet.
Dr. Cool If you had a huge battery, mine is only 10ah and I got it for $179. So maybe with a 30 or 40ah battery. Which will be expensive ($500+) and difficult to mount, but it’s totally possible
@@logannobles i really want to put one together, do you know any links that could provide in depth breakdown of everything on the topic of an ebike? thanks so much
Glad to hear you’re about to build one! Let me know how it goes. In my experience the 10ah battery worked for around 10-12 miles up and down steep hills.
He's clearly not doing 60mph. Probably has his GPS set to KPH, which means he's doing about 40 at the most. But, if you want to see someone truly going fast on an e-bike, there's an Englishman who has a video and his bike is custom made, and he hits 72mph on a straight, and that's miles per hour, not kilometers per hour. It's insane!
Thats KPH kid, not MPH.
Youre going about 37 miles per hour.
It really doesn't look like you're going that fast. You sure you got that thing set to Mph and not Kph?
Going "60" on a 45, how fast were the truck and car going?

hmm your speedometer is wrong.

SolarReturn it ain’t goign 60mph no harm

Holy smokes that fast on a bicycle?! Time for some research...
Damnit now I have to buy a new helmet, what's your range ? I'm out in the woods north of the Mississippi River
Hey Logan, you swapped out speed controlers.what amp and brand controler is the new one ?
Have you determined the miles per charge?

YAKzOO he has xt 90
Nerf Modding By Corbi the motor connections. Those shitty yellow bricks heat up and you lose acceleration and speed.
How long does your battery last? And how long to charge?
Sick bike man not many videos of people building there own. Keep up the good work

Nice
how long could it hold the 40? Could i drive 40mph for 40 miles on one charge?

Dr. Cool check out my channel and look at the most popular vid! It’s an in depth tutorial on how to I built this exact bike
No. Generally, the faster you go the less range you get. The slower you go, the more range you get.
@@Sam-ep8wn Same thing with gas engines.
could u tell me the capacity please ? like in mile ? i ordered same kit and bike and i'm ubereat deliver

You have to see my setup
K Lucifer upload it ?
Ok it runs fast. Good job. Will you do me a favor and work on my bike? 🛴🤣
