Now a days job switch only option for double digit hike...companies will not share profits via good hike or full variable ..even 100 billable ... Simply says market not good etc..reason eat employees hard work ...they will give more hikes to new joiners but will not take care existing employees
Question from a guy with 14+ years of experience in the same company. First and only company. It's a consulting company, so I have worked with a long list of clients. I have worked with a wide range of technologies. I acquire something new/upskill every 2-3 year. All employees get hikes every 6 months. Since the pandemic, my hikes have been in the 12k-15k, rapidly increasing my take home.I also have ESOP. What would be your opinion about my career? Should I look for another job? Should I look for jobs in the next couple of years?
