Hi i saw in one of your videos, you mentioned the coffee not as hot as you like it. I have the same machine and I noticed when i add lukewarm water to the tank vs cold everything is alot hotter. I also found that in reading some messages boards if you take the temperature inside the puck, i find my puck temperature at 198 to 200 (f) the shot as it falls is around 145 which is a breville standard.
I also have everything up to keep the temperature at its hottest. I also put my ceramic cups in my oven to get nice and warm. I know its alot. But these little things help. Doing the dummy shot first getting everything running. And if you put the milk pitcher in the fridge when you add your milk, it makes the milk even more with a beautiful silky texture.
Keep going with your machine. It really a good one. Blessings ☕️

    Thanks for your video!
I just got my touch few days ago.
I was trying to create my own drink recipe but found out that i cannot set different grind size for each drink.
all profiles have to be the same grind size.
For example, i want grind size 6 on my Americano and size 12 for my espresso. No, it dind't allow me to do it.
once i changed it for one profile, it will change all of them.
is this normal? if yes, what's the point for having profiles?
    thanks!
