Hello, I did some small experimental battles using Hover against CPU opponents, and what I found is that Hover's 'Meteor Shoot' can actually get through Jibber's 'Broken Arm' attack 99% of the time, which is a lot more than I found Legend's 'Heel Press' could go through. This is since Hover's attack causes Hover to jump up up rather than a diagonal with Legend, in which hover avoids 'AoE's entirely. What i also found is that 'Meteor Shoot' also takes a shorter time to land onto an opponent with, meaning more attack time, and less reaction time. There is also 'Hover Slide', which doesn't serve its purpose better than Legend's 'Knee Attack', but Hover's seems to be a safer move to use, since you aren't as vulnerable to grabs and doesn't put hurt-boxes in between hit-boxes. While 'Energy Torn' has a larger AoE, it feels sluggish to use against opponents, which also means you are more vulnerable to grabs; this means that 'Hyper Upper'(hover's uppercut) serves a purpose really well, as it comes out quicker and is more spam-able against knocked down opponents, causing more uptime, and 'again' less vulnerability to grabs. I still prefer Legend over Hover though.
Men recently I be play this game with my brother in the app Nintendo switch online Japan and is now one of a favorite games it's so catchy, sorry for my English I am learning 😅.
Although Skapokon is more powerful than Skapon, I kinda wish Skapon's Konaniran wasn't replaced by Nonsense, since Konaniran was really useful. By pressing forward while doing a Konaniran, the attack would send you forward just enough to set up for the Skapon Toss. Nonsense still is a good move, just wished it didn't replace Konaniran. I think Tondeker is Skapon's worst move, so I think it would've been better if Nonsense replaced Tondeker instead, but that's just my opinion.
there is a second and third version very few people know and also a fan made sequel called "uchu mech fight".there are only 10 characters but they all has 3 styles making it 30.
For some people wonder why he didnt feature houou(not sure if i spelled correct)and said he will disconnect and never talk to you again if you pick him in a conpetition i will explain.first off the community including me and probably him, bans him in competitive matches and tournaments.the reason is clear:he is overpowered.he has the fastest projectile attack and its even homing.its also the most complex projectile attack.he has an uselessly powerful and simple anti air attack that reaches a long height and 24 damage.his other special is no big deal.some of his normals are also too powerful like giant and some other.but you can still use him in friendly, bot or family matches or use it against someone doesnt know its banned so you can enjoy flexing this character.also im thinking of making an even complex tier list video features all characters.by the way anyone know how to do the glowing skapon roll attack training mode doesnt tell anything about it i learned i can jump while rolling in my own.i also want to know how to change direction while rolling in air when i choose skapon and skapokon as computer they do all those rolling moves.
Beat War mode once to unlock Hard mode. Beat Hard mode to unlock the non-boss characters and Special Mode. Beat Special Mode to unlock the bosses and also Dachone I guess.
Never expected anyone to make such a long and complex video about Joy Mech Fight. Good to see the community is growing!
Yeah, I noticed there was a lack of JMF TH-cam content, so I decided I'd fix that by making some myself! I'm glad you enjoyed it, too.
Dachon players are the types of people to climb on the urinals in a middle school bathroom and roar like Tarzan
TRUE
Just realized I said "hitboxes are tied to projectiles" instead of "hitboxes are tied to sprites", my life is a failure

This game is severely underrated and I love this game. Hopefully at least a remake can come
