Awesome videos. Brings back great memorys growing up fixing dad's junk trucks and tractors the ol farm dairy! Not to mention we owned a excavation company!! Been binge watching.lol first old diesel I worked on was a 78 auto car!! I'm only 40 now we have all kenworths with cat engines 18 speed satin fuller!!gravel trains.32 of them don't do it as I moved south and became a contractor!!!lol
Love your videos! Im a machinist for CAT, and I know exactly what you mean about working weekends uninterrupted. Plus youre not hearing every 10 minutes, "when are you gonna be done?" Id rather make 1 good part than 4 bad ones. I like how you edit your videos. I havent learned how to edit yet. Also in my videos I noticed people arent watching the whole video. In my case with yours, I got 20 minutes to work out before work and then I gotta shut the boob tube off. I started watching your videos when I stumbled across your 7.3 powerstroke rebuild. I got an 02 excursion with a 7.3. Just bought a 2017 john deere 2032R, I enjoy all your videos!
Thank you for watching, I am still learning a lot on this video editing, I switched from using my phone to a go pro and it was like starting all over again. I was really surprised to here someone compliment me on that and, thank you. ( For me being such a novice at this ) Have a good day.
You could of made a large cup to go over that splined shaft on the park brake housing that sat on the centre part of the housing and a big bolt screwed into the end of the shaft then you could gun all the bolts out then start unscrewing the long bolt from the centre of the shaft and it would come off evenly then when you put it back together just tighten the centre bolt up over the cup to push the housing back in place then you can gun the bolts back in and torque to factory specs
Smoke is terrible up here too. I've seen smoke this bad but never for this long. I'm so happy we've destroyed the timber industry just to let it burn up.
+grease monkey101, I watched your entire video and I believe that impact swivels would help you quite a bit. You might want to also consider something equivalent to the Snap-on wobble plus extensions, & especially their 4-way angle wrenches.
I wonder if there is a ratcheting tool that can pull all 7 bolts off that park break at one time... you can probably make a tool for this purpose that would remove those housings both fast and safely. By the way, what software are you using to edit your videos? Btw, you get enough subscribers and I'll volunteer to help you out or film if I can.
Aaron Jarvenpa I was a mechanic on a nuclear sub in the Navy first, when I got out I attended Wyoming Tech diesel school, and to be honest I learned more just doing it and reading theory of operations in service manuals.
It's amazing how clean that box is for 14k hours. They've come a long way with sealing things better than they
used too. Awesome video!
bimmerman3 Deere uses that anaerobic sealer by loctite, it works really well, you hardly use gaskets on anything now these days.
love your videos i can watch for hours

Brett Goodman Exactly, the forest service has done a fine job of mismanaging the forest.
