This style of drawing definitely reminds me of the art on Tokyo Ghoul manga cover's!! Idk if this is your signature style when it comes to drawing jp anime but i definitely fk with it considering i like all of Ishida art!! His work is some of my favorite cover arts for manga also really like the Platinum End manga covers
You could always use the symmetry tool, them morph the eye later, or you could also just draw the other eye on another layer and then move it to the first eyeball that you did, then like warp it into shape as in in make it kind of fit the other eye once you have that then you can place it back
